Had a few companies come out and give estimates to replace our old basement windows with block glass. Xavier was the friendliest/professional of them all. They followed through with a great product, and completed the project in one day. We are grateful for the great experience.

We had a sump pump go out and couldnâ t get someone to come fix it. Xavier contacted me after putting a request on Angi and was out to fix it in about an hour. Great service and reasonable price!

Very professional, prompt, timely, courteous

Had sump pump issues after an all day rain. Personally removed over 1000 gallons of water before I could get to my pump in my basin to get it to temporarily work. Xavier reached out within 6 hours the next morning as I didn't put the service request in till midnight. Came and fixed everything and was extremely helpful and personable. Answer all my questions about other projects I thought they might be able to do, and will do business with again in the future. Would high recommend to anyone looking for work. Thanks again Xavier!

This group is a joke. My project was three glass block windows. 2basement. 1 bathroom. A team of 4 showed up about 9 am and stayed until 5:30. They brought manufacturer standard size block windows that you could buy yourself at any retailer. Thus, the windows were not fit well to the windows. The result was 2 1/2-3? of mortar around the window in the bathroom. There were hollow parts and large cracks later visible once dry. Also the work was sloppy and incomplete. Loads of dropped silicone, from one window that they cobbled together on the spot that wasn?t from the store. All kinds of mortar and debris left on site.. I think typically a vendor produces a specialty window to bring and install. Anyway, I was exhausted from them being in our space and regret paying at all. When I discussed it with them, they said they do nothing at all to refund me. They offered to come back but I?m honestly scared to have them back in my house.
