Hi, I am Kelli Cruz, the owner and CEO of Cascade Fire Solutions in Puyallup, WA. I have been in the hearth industry since 2006. Cascade Fire Solutions is licensed, bonded and insured. We service most makes and models of fireplace- gas or wood burning. We no longer service pellet stoves and inserts unless the unit is one that was purchased from us. Kelli worked with me on where to find quality materials and answered all my questions, as burning efficiency and technology has changed so much over the years. She paved the way for me to choose products that would not only last, but look beautiful with the system I chose. Cody and Mike managed this project in 3 days. Every stone was cut accurately and precisely to fit perfectly and beautifully. Clean up was done as they went along.
