"Extremely well!! Henry from Stop Bugging me was very knowledge and experienced in termites. He was the 3rd Termite expert I had had since I first saw a few black antlike insects on my desk which I had photographed. I had been stressed since then and hadn’t got any resolution from other pest control companies who came to inspect but missed actual termite damage that Henry found. Henry was pleasant and respectful of my home and took the time to explain to me about termites and how the ones I had sighted may have got in from my neighbor’s home since no other termites were around since. He asked me a few questions about my first sightings and the pictures I had taken of these destructive bugs. Henry patiently inspected the interiors as well as the exteriors of my home educating me on termites. He found damaged wooden panels in the attic and the crawl space by termites which may have been in the past absence of any current activity. Both the attic and the crawl space wood damage were minimal, and I was advised to replace the damaged section which didn’t threaten the structure of my home. I found him very honest, who didn’t try to impose or sell me expensive termite treatment which other inspectors recommended without termite damage findings. Henry was like going to a doctor who diagnosed my health correctly and advised me for preventive solution. "I had read a few negative reviews so was hesitant to hire Envirosmart Solutions but I am delighted I did. They were scheduled to arrive in the early afternoon but due to traffic (Seattle!) and some earlier jobs taking longer than expected, they were delayed. I could have had them come the next day but I decided to have them come an hour later. That hour later turned into almost 4 hours later BUT I did receive periodic updates that they were short handed and each time I was again given the option of being first on the list the next day. When they arrived at almost 8pm they figured out that to get to the dryer vent, they'd need to take apart a piece of our front deck. After asking our permission, they got after it and quickly took care of accessing and then cleaning out YEARS of build up in the vent. They were polite and worked efficiently. I would recommend them for anyone looking for help with cleaning their dryer vent"

This is google review from 2 months ago: Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Just moved to Mukilteo, Wash. We had Todd come out to do an inspection and give pricing, and then if decent, would deal with any issues. Prices were MORE than reasonable. He saw rat issues in the crawl space, that were old, but, he set traps and did spiders so that my wife would be happy (happy wife/happy life or so I am told every AM). Todd was professional, knew his stuff, and showed me things that I was not aware of (above and beyond the pest issues). Interesting guy to talk with. In addition, this company does NOT require that you sign a multi-year contract. In fact, no contract. We can quit anytime that we want, which the only way that we will quit is if moving again. We have never used any other service before. They were all so shady. Services: Rodent extermination, Home inspection, Spider extermination, General pest inspection"

He came out right away, reviewed the situation carefully, established a course of action and has come out twice to re-bait and make necessary modifications to the home to discourage further rodent intrusions. Previous pest company did not even bother to come out and inspect before indicating they wouldn't be coming. I highly recommend Brendan, he is prompt, thorough, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Yes, the price was a bit higher than I expected, but then again, he's certainly provided extremely good service. I am very happy with the peace of mind his services have given me about my home."
