I had read a few negative reviews so was hesitant to hire Envirosmart Solutions but I am delighted I did. They were scheduled to arrive in the early afternoon but due to traffic (Seattle!) and some earlier jobs taking longer than expected, they were delayed. I could have had them come the next day but I decided to have them come an hour later. That hour later turned into almost 4 hours later BUT I did receive periodic updates that they were short handed and each time I was again given the option of being first on the list the next day. When they arrived at almost 8pm they figured out that to get to the dryer vent, they'd need to take apart a piece of our front deck. After asking our permission, they got after it and quickly took care of accessing and then cleaning out YEARS of build up in the vent. They were polite and worked efficiently. I would recommend them for anyone looking for help with cleaning their dryer vent

I hired them to replace my attic insulation, install roof vents and install a sump pump one year ago. They subcontracted the work to some Mexcians. Half year after their work, one of the vent pipe disconnected from the vent. They sent a technician to fix it. One year after their work, the water pipe of the sump pump broke. Water ran everywhere in my crawl space. They sent a technician to fix it and promised they will clean the water in my crawl space. The technician did not clean the water in the crawl space. Besides, after the technician's work, the floating part of the sump pump has been obstructed by the water pipe. My sump pump has never been triggered thereafter. I requested them to fix the new problem they created, they said they will send a technician to evaluate the issue. On the day of appointment, no one came. They cut the communication and did not respond at all. Updated 2/13/24 Review Text: I cannot edit my previous reivew, so I added update here. After I left the review on google maps, they sent a technician. The technician fixed the malfunctioned sump pump and cleaned the water in crawl space. The sump pump has been working fine till now. Overall I will give 4/5 to envirosmart.

We needed a ductless heat pump serving three different zones. Envirosmart bid was just slightly more expensive than a competing bid, but they were offering Mitsubishi (slightly quieter than Daikin), they were ready to install a header unit almost flush with the ceiling (which other company couldn’t do or did not want to bother with), they were inventive in suggesting ways to hide the pipes for cooling & heating, and they were able to deal with our other requests: replace the main electrical panel, install car chargers, even improve lighting in our garage. And if something was not right the first time, they were ready to come as many times as needed to make it just right, perfect really. My wife and I are very pleased with their work and how easy it was to communicate with them. We highly recommend them.

They installed my AC wrong and a leak damaged three floors of my house. They’ve now ghosted me on over 12k of bills for the repairs. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Envirosmart Solutions Review May 2023 Poor Service at a Premium Rate In May 2023, we hired Envirosmart Solutions (ES) for a full cleaning of our air duct system. The estimate was around $300; however, once they were here, they then revealed the true cost. It was almost $1000. They have some scheme whereby they advertise $85 off for the cleaning, but if you want the “Free Sanitize and Deodorize with every air duct brushing” service, then you cannot take the $85 off deal. What kind of crazy show are they running? They also off military discount, which they would not give because I opted for the $85 off. (But then didn't give the discount.) Very shady. Next, the service techs attached a hose to the register (vent) on the lowest floor in my home, in order to create the negative pressure. When they left for the day and after removing the large hose, the register and surrounding ceiling area (nearly a 5-foot radius) is BLACK as soot. Did they offer to clean this? Nope. Let’s back up a step. To begin, one tech allegedly took pictures of my air ducts, and then attempted to show me these pictures on his phone. It didn’t look like my air ducts—different type of ducts—and he would not allow me to look more closely at the images. He simply swiped through the images quickly. Is this some ploy they use to show customers the same images and pass it off as their duct system? Who knows? It felt shady. As they packed up for the day, they left insulation, dirt and debris EVERYWHERE! I had to vacuum their mess—two sets of stairs, and both floors in my home. I also had to reattach the ceiling registers because they neglected to do it properly. They were barely hanging on and one actually fell and almost hit my pet. The techs also neglected to remove all the blue tape used to seal the vents. I’m highly disappointed with their service. The techs should have cleaned up after themselves. They should have re-installed the registers properly. They should NOT have left black soot or whatever all over my downstairs ceiling and register. Avoid doing business with them!

These guys were great! Very knowledgeable hard working and very clean! If you have dryer vent issues (which I did) I totally recommend them

Sean and Antonio did a stellar job in cleaning our air ducts/vent system and our dryer vent as well. They were very professional and knowledgeable and accommodating of our situation. Overall was a 5-star experience and will definitely avail their services again!!

Shahar and Antonio handled our duct cleaning. They were amazing! We hired them to clean the ducts at our new home (a rental) and while they were inspecting everything, they found some serious issues with the furnace that we would have never known about if not for their diligence! They found a leak in the exhaust that could have caused carbon monoxide poisoning. Thanks to them, we were able to pass on a full report to our landlord (who was very prompt about fixing it and also very grateful for the amazing job Shahar and Antonio did). I would hire these guys again in a second! Highly recommend!

I was told I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to the technician arrival, which I did not receive. The technician offered an upgrade to the services listed on the Valpak coupon, but didn’t explain what would be done, or what to expect from the service I agreed to. I was never told how to prepare for the service, like moving furniture away from vents. When I communicated to the second technician that I wish they’d told me what to expect and how to prepare he said that the office personnel usually did that. After I was told that the remainder of the work old be done from outside, one of the two technicians came back inside and went into my bedroom without explaining why. Prior to leaving one of the technicians turned on my dryer, presumably to help locate the outdoor dryer vent, but the vent itself never got cleaned (see attached photo taken a couple of hours after they left). I was also not told ahead of time, or at the time payment was taken, that I would be charged an additional 2.5% fee for payment with a card. Overall, awful communication, no respect for privacy, and minimal respect for time (two stars instead of one for quick completion).

Had an issue come up after a scheduled cleaning of our furnace. I called the offices and was very pleased with the immediate assistance I received from both the office staff and the technician that returned that same day, after hours, to resolve the issue. In addition to their prompt service, the owner himself called to make sure I was fully satisfied with the resolution and he covered the cost of both the parts and labor to make us whole again. In this day and age of anemic customer service and even greater lack of accountability, my experience with Envirosmart has been one that needs to be acknowledged and applauded. I initially called them as a result of a family referral noting the great price and prompt service. I can confirm those same attributes but add they are a great company that stands behind their work and reputation.

Brian and Eric were extremely professional, considerate, and friendly! They got the job done efficiently and we are very pleased with the results. We will definitely be using this company again in the future. Also the price can not be beat! Great value and wonderful experience!!

We were an existing customer that previously had a large insulation job performed by them. The fan stopped on our aging heat pump, so I called them. The first repairman that came out said only one person named Dean was qualified to look at our unit, and he would not be available until the next day. Dean is unprofessional and disrespectful. He smoked cigarettes into our air handler, had to be asked to wear a mask, and tracked his muddy boots inside on our white carpet. He performed very minimal troubleshooting then wanted to replace the fan, which took three days to arrive, during which time we had no heat (not even strip heat). The fan was installed incorrectly (see photo) on a Friday and he left before confirming his work. I was assured in multiple calls to the office he would be back out that day to correct it, but Dean never received the message. The owner finally came out after hours to fix Deans mistake in the dark after I spoke to him directly, but this did not solve anything as Dean had not diagnosed the actual problem. The owner stated that they normally never work on the kind of unit we have, but decided he would try to "do me a favor" since I had recently made a large purchase. I would have preferred he had been honest and told me from the beginning that his company was not suited for the repair, because they clearly didn't want to do it. When Dean arrived on Saturday, he threatened to leave without doing any work because he did not feel I was being appropriately grateful that he had been asked by the owner to correctly diagnose my unit on his day off. He stated that the owner needs him more than he needs the owner. After being assured by both Dean and the owner that I would have heat that day, they left without fixing anything, including strip heat which was working originally. Dean floored his pickup truck out of my driveway in a residential area when he left. The owner assured me he would follow up with me on Monday, and did not. When I finally reached out to him, he said he was still researching a part, and it might cost another $1200. We have already paid $1000 for the fan and labor, and have been 7 days without any heat at all. Strip heat was working before they started their 'repair'. A competitor came out and had our strip heat working in about an hour, and quoted us $600 for the actual broken part. We are also having them quote us for a system replacement now.

Seamless experience from scheduling to service. Using a new company always feels like a gamble, but I felt taken care of immediately. Kristina helped me get a next available with a cancellation so service happened the same week. Brian and Charles were professional, communicative and made sure everything was taken care of including things I forgot. I hadn't included the intake in my service request but they were happy to take care of it. I waited a few weeks to review only because I wanted to report that the air quality in my home has been significantly better and I really feel like we got our money's worth. Will definitely hire again!

This review is for the business and installation of spray foam. I really hate to give a negative review as this company was so nice to work with but overall when I think of what happened its not positive. The team responded very quickly and had Andrew (Sales) came out super quick. Andrew was friendly and explained the process well. Dan the installer and GM was on another level, super professional, this guy is clearly focused on customer service and no surprise hes the GM. INSTALLATION I had my attic spray foamed and unfortunately there was some miscommunication with sales as apparently the job was oversold and they needed 40% more foam than originally calculated. Dan was good with managing this and said they will cover the remaining foam that was not accounted for. Unfortunately this set the project back 1 week. (Challenging when you have multiple contractors lined up, but we managed). Dan came in for the second time to complete the job. At the end I pointed out a few areas that were missed and he fixed that up well. When I asked Dan to spray foam between the gutter and wall I though there was a bug screen in place as per quote, unfortunately. this didnt exist which mean some of the foam went straight through, this stuff is hard to get off and now its all over my backyard and car (Photo). I was quoted 3 inches of foam and after I had my contractor look at it he said its 2 inches at most. I did contact Envirosmart about this and was told 3 inches is the maximum and i should expect less overall. This does sound a little strange and I have now had others tell me thats not the case (Photos - Screwdriver on the final green tape level is 3 inches). The final negative is that after the job was done, there was a fair amount of the spray that wasnt mixed well all over the floors, I was told this stuff if not mixed properly gasses out, it would have been nice for them to clean this up after the job was complete. This would have been a 1 star if it wasnt for Dan and Andrew being so professional.

We scheduled based on a Val-Pak coupon for $199. Originally, when our scheduled day arrived, our assigned technician called saying they had run into some major problems on jobs before ours, and wanted to reschedule. Stuff happens, so ok. At least they were honest about it. No harm, no foul. We were rescheduled for the following week. Eruc arrived on time and went right to work. He was very friendly, and polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. The entire job from arrival to departure took about sn hour and a half, and the quantity of stuff he removed from the dryer duct was astounding. Eric cleaned up very thiroughly, and left no sign that any work had been done. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would hire them again.

I requested Air duct and dry vent cleaning job on Angi and I received the response quickly and have the appointment arranged. The technician Brian called me on the way. He and another person arrived on time and did a great job cleaning the air duct and dryer vent . Also, they followed Covid-policy, wearing masks. Thanks!
