+ -1 moreChris came out and checked the house, including getting up in a crawl space and said we were clean. Because there were no rodents, it didn't take much time so he waived the inspection fee. He also answered all my questions and was very professional. I would definitely call them again.
Description of Work: I saw some rats around a bird feeder outside (I'll never make that mistake again) and didn't know if any might have made their way into the house. We had no evidence of any rodents but I wanted to be sure.
