Workers did a professional job. Cleaned up and left no mess behind. They were a little late but did call to let us know

It was very nice to work with a company that honestly tells you that you do not have a problem.

Overall, I am not happy with the job B-Dry did. If I had it to do over again, i would definitely get nothing done instead of paying them eight thousand dollars to reduce the value of my home. They have a great sales pitch, but don't be fooled. On the first trip out, they only did the job half way. They had asked me to do some prep work, and said they would remove all construction debris from that prep work and from their own work; however, when I arrived home, I saw that all the debris was still present on the site and I would have to remove it myself. Additionally, they were to put up a flexible barrier around the entire exterior wall; but when I arrive home, it had only been done on half the wall. Additionally, there is a hole in the floor in an odd and inconvenient place, whereas the original diagram showed it in unobtrusively in the wall in the corner of the room; in it's current location, it's too close to one wall for the base molding to fit, and farther than necessary from the other wall. I have a very small condo so as I explained to them several times, I want to minimize the impact on usable floor space as that directly affects the resale value. I did contact them and complain, and they said they would come out to fix it, but asked me to do more prep work first. They said they would take away all the debris as long as I clearly separated what was and wasn't to go, and that the would remove the hole in the floor and put that connection in the corner wall as originally shown. I had to bag up all the fiberglass insulation they had taken out of the wall for them; unfortunately, I do not have proper protective gear, so I ended up breathing in lot of insulation while doing this. After they returned to my home, they did install the rest of the flexible vapor barrior. They also told me they could not put the fan in the corner, but it had to stay where it was or go in the middle of the wall, and it couldn't have anything within 1 foot of it. Since those were the only two options, I opted to have them leave it where it was -- but I'm not sure they were entirely honest, I suspect they just didn't want to do the extra work of moving it. After all is said and done, this the aftermath of hiring B-Dry: - They installed the sump pump in the manner and location I asked. I don't yet know if it actually works. - They installed a grate outside to help clear the water if the existing drain isn't adequate. I don't know if they didn't use the proper kind of concrete or what, but after it rained 3 days later, the concrete around this grate deteriorated and some of it washed down into the sump pump channel. - They removed the base plate along section of the wall, and now that wall is floating. I'm not sure if I can replace this base plate due to the way it was installed originally; I may need to have this section of wall rebuilt. - They put a hole in the bedroom floor for an exhaust fan. It's not the originally agreee location, and it's too close to one wall and not close enought to another wall. Plus it will be dificult to resell the place with the hole in the floor. - The exhaust pipe that is connected to the floor hole fan meets the concrete too far from the exterior wall, so that it extends an inch past where the drywall will be when the wall is finished I'll have to pay someone else more money to either remove the fan system or I'll have to install a bulkhead to cover the pipe, further reducing available floor space. - One of the walls which they pulled out to do the concrete work is now not level. With luck I can fix that myself. I understand that we agreed to do this work at a discounted price, but we didn't agree on substandard work for a discount price; if that had been the agreement, I would not have done it. If I had been given the choice, I would not have had this fan system installed at all, since I don't even need it anyway; unfortunately it comes with the system and wasn't a negotiable option. I suppose I could try to pursue them to fix these problems, but I'm worried that if I have them come out again that they might damage something else to cause me more expense in retaliation. It's likely that I'll have to hire another contractor to fix these issues, further increasing the cost; unfortunately, while I'm trying to figure out what to do next and how to pay for it, the rest of the remodel is on hold. Finally, though I'm not a real estate expert by any means, I'd estimate that having the work done by B-Dry has cost me $15,000 in lost home value.

It was exactly what they said it would be. Actually, it was even better. The consultation with the estimater was accurate,professional and realistic. They handled all of the permit paperwork and provided the structural engineer who actually saved us big bucks! They came on the appointed day, did the work and cleaned everything up. This was a major job and each man knew his and did it well.

Initial quote (which is largely how I made my selection between 3 vendors I checked out) was much lower than price of actual work, which was disappointing. Workers were consistently late. Extra fees (b/c of DC permits) popped up in the process that I was not expecting. Brian (manager) was accommodating and responsive throughout the process, but I guess I was disappointing in the rising cost and tardiness of the workers.

Everything worked out fine. I was happy that they were able to do the work in a day. It turned out to be more expensive than we thought we'd do, but since they held the warranty, we had to use them. We appreciate that they gave us a nice discount because of the back and forth over several months. I had to stay on their case to get them to come out and do the work, however.

They did an excellent job. They were also competively priced.

It turned out very well. We haven't had any problems since they did the work for us. They took out the drywall (and let us know that they don't do drywall repair ahead of time) so that was fine.

It was terrible. I had 6 floods in my basement after they did the work. They never showed up on time and overall displayed terrible customer service. I often had to call them to see when they were showing up, because they were so late. They also broke a main drain and refused to fix it. They never called me back, and I had to take it to the VP of the main corporation to see about getting compensation for the work that they did and the damage that the flooding caused. I was wholly dissatisfied and dismissed. I eventually gave up due to exasperation and frustration. The workers were kind once they showed up, for the most part, but management was extremely unprofessional.

It turned out nicely. We haven't had any problems since they came out.

They were excellent. When they were at the home, they found a few extra problems but they did take care of them. They hit my water main, but they called a master plumber in to fix it. Overall I was very pleased with everything.

They estimate was very high so we went with someone else.

We haven't had a leak since they did the work. They were very clean and very efficient. They came when they said they were coming and told me what to expect. They were courteous of the fact that I was living in the basement during their work, and courteous of my dog. Overall, they were great to work with.

I like that they stand behind their product. If something goes wrong 25 years later, they will fix it. There was a lot of rain and power outages so it took longer than I expected to get them to come out. However, they came in, did the job, and everything was fine.

Great! The team of workers arrived on time and went right to work. Cleaned up up when done and completed the job ahead of schedule. Did a good job! Had a load of rain, but no water in the basement.

Turn out Great. They where able to take care it right away, they where very professional and all that good stats.
