She requested the full name of my husband and anyone else that would be in the home for the consultation so (according to her) that they would not be “ambushed” when they came to give us a quote. I have never been so interrogated or insulted by a company in my life. Aside from having a sexist list of intake questions (apparently a woman cannot be a sole owner of a house), stating that their representative would be “ambushed” at my home was beyond anything I could tolerate. "This company is a disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. We replaced every window and door at the cost of 55k only to have a complete disaster from beginning to end. 14 service calls and 18 months later they just completed the work in mid December 2022. Last night I discovered yet another problem, a dent in a door panel they changed out in December. They’re a bunch of amateurs that were not prepared any of the 14 times they were at our home. I basically had to project manage their team for them to make sure they had everything covered. We should have gone to Pella instead. Incidentally, Pella were very interested in our horrible experience with Richmond Window Corporation when I spoke with them recently. Apparently it’s not the first time they’ve heard complaints like this."

Factors such as frame material, the number of windows you need, and the type of glass you order all impact the overall cost. For example, simple double-glazed windows will cost $3 to $6 per square foot, but the stronger tempered glass ranges from $12 to $14 per square foot.
