Salesman and installers were great but windows did not lock properly so they had to come back later on.

We had a very positive experience with Window Nation throughout the process of replacing our windows. All employees we interacted with were very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. They were focused on meeting our needs and doing a good job. We are very satisfied with the install of our windows, and the new windows are great. Window Nation exceeded our expectations with the replacement of our windows.

From the minute Danny began telling me about the windows to the morning after when I woke to a quiet and warm house, I was pleased with the process and the windows. This company knows what customer service and excellence is and does it right. The first 80 degree day I was anxious to go upstairs to see how the new windows did and I was so pleased that it was actually a pleasant temperature with no extra AC unit needed. With our any doubt I am absolutely sure that having Window Nation replace my windows was the best decision. They had great communication before during and after the job, but most importantly that work done was on schedule and exceeded my expectations. The crew showed up on time and methodically and professionally moved from widow to widow and replaced all 14 windows in my home efficiently and on schedule. When project was done all my personal final inspection punch list items were fixed on the spot with no hesitation from the crew. What a great experience and the best part is my home is now more efficient and looking forward to seeing energy savings in my utility bills.

In August 2022, Jack Karau, came to our house to tell us about Window Nation windows. He showed us how they tilted in, how the screens could repair themselves, and how the company paid their installers through the pandemic even when there were no jobs. We were sold! The windows arrived in October and they were manufactured and installed by Vytex, not Window Nation. They were covered with a black tar substance and so many fingers prints that it took my husband two days to clean them using a credit card. Not to mention, 3 screens were ripped, a lock was missing, the corners of the bottom windows were not finished properly in the factory (they were ripped), and our yard was covered with insulation, cording, and pieces of broken windows. I called Window Nation and Jack to voice my concerns only to get a run around; no one was ever available to take my calls, I left voice mails, and I never received a call back. Vytex was a much better company to work with. I do not know how Window Nation is able to show commercials where they act like they make and install windows…how is this legal? Jack told us how Window Nation supported teachers and the military, what a joke! I have never felt so disrespected! Buyer beware! My neighbor went with Windows on Washington and I regret my decision. I wish I had my crappy 30 year old windows back. This experience has been horrible!

I had 21 windows removed and replaced in June 2022. The Lorton Va team, salesman Daniel Simon, Sales Manager Warren Kelly, and the Office lead Bevin Campbell have at a minimum been liars and swindled me out of $300-$700. I had been lied to both by phone and via email, repeatedly and at this point, I am paying for services that were never delivered. The salesman, Daniel Simon concluded that the install team would need to utilize scaffolding which we were told would cost $700, in order to install a 2nd-floor window on the contract, which is not itemized and is a huge red flag, there was no price for this scaffolding. The installers NEVER used scaffolding to install the window, and I have pictures proving they did not. I provided these pictures to Window Nation and I have still paid for the scaffolding. I tried for months to call every number on my contract, and I was told by Daniel Simon, Warren Kelly, and Bevin Campbell that the charges would be removed. This was a lie.

After months of waiting for my new windows. I came home to find the wrong windows were installed. I immediately called and informed them about the issue and they never reached back out or came out to assess the problem. Im stuck with windows that I didn’t order.

Everyone on the team did a Fabulous job! Caulked around the windows and they all knew exactly what they were doing. We LOVE our new windows!!! Thank you Window Nation-VA for the excellent replacement windows. We LOVE the new windows and as I mentioned the windows look fabulous and the crew knew exactly what they were doing! We are very happy with the windows and they look great!

The technicians arrived earlier than we expected. They informed us of everything they would be doing and the approximate time it would take. They were very thorough, did an amazing job, cleaned up after themselves. We had no issues at all with the entire process. The front main window was considered 6 windows in all, 3 small one on top, one large bay type window and 2 windows on either side that opened. Total windows replaced was 9.

Window Nation was in contact with me throughout the process. My windows arrived earlier and I was able to get a quicker install. The installers were very professional and did a great job in completing the project in one day. They answered all my questions and were patient with me learning to operate the new windows.

The men were professional and did their work in a timely manner. Overall, we were very pleased and it was job well done.

installation was satisfactory. but the wrong bay window was installed. due to the incompetence of our salesman. we specifically talked at length to have the bay window without white cross planes. signed off on the contract thinking he did his job, stupid us. now windows wants to charge us 400.00 to replace the corrected window. that's BS!!!!! we paid 18,000.00 for windows and did not get what we paid for. we are giving a bad review on social media and will NEVER recommend window nation to anyone. if windows wants to correct the problem. we will be more than happy to change our review on social media.hamad at windows said in a voice mail that windows wants us to be very satisfied with the company.too bad!!

Window Nation agreed to do 17 windows and we signed a contract for the work to be done. Within the contract that Window Nation agreed to was a change order that Window Nation would remove and replace all window treatments and blinds on the windows that were replaced. They agreed to do that. Well upon completion of the window installation, the Window Nation installation crew told me they don't do that. I showed them the agreed upon contract and they still would not do it. In addition to that, the crew leader let me know at the end of the installation that the blinds that were previously on the windows might not fit anymore. I was amazed that this important piece of information was not brought to my attention before then. So I was left with putting bed sheets over the windows until I could get the blinds reinstalled. I have placed several calls to the Window Nation Customer Service requesting someone call me back to discuss options but nobody has returned my calls. Seems they do not want to talk to me about this. If you do business with Window Nation beware they might not do what they agreed upon within the contract.

Poorly. I had a big job; the replacement of 32 windows on my home. I thought by hiring a big company, Window Nation would do it well. I was wrong. This simple job which should have taken one day, took 9 months and two repeat visits. Window Nation measured the windows wrong on 5 different occasions. Window Nation has poor internal communication and poor customer service. I would not recommend Window Nation to anyone. Window Nation came to my house on five occasions: 1. The sales person signing the agreement in December 23, 2020, 2. Installation #1 in March 20, 2021, 3. a supervisor who measured an assured me it would not happen again in March 23, 2021, 4. Installation #2 in June 2, 2021, and 5. Installation #3 on September 7, 2021. The original installation date for the windows was March 20, 2021, but ended in September 7, 2021, more than 5 months after the initial installation and over 9 months after the signing the contract. We have several issues with Window Nation. First, we have more than patient with all the setbacks Window Nation presented to us. At nearly every instance, Window Nation was careless about the promised work. To be clear, I am disappointed in the management and supervisors, not the installers. Every single installation had a quality control problem with the windows. Unless I specified the issues clearly, those issues would still be unresolved. Second, your customer service really was quite poor. We have dealt with two representatives from customer service. I had many calls unanswered and nearly as many emails. Every time there was an installation, my wife and I had to take annual leave, change schedules, change our routine, move furniture, and make accommodations for Window Nation workers. It was a big deal every time it happened and a major inconvenience. During the March 20, 2021 installation, three issues emerged. First, 5 of the 6 trapezoid windows were measured wrong and would not fit. 3 of the 5 were mirror images of the one side. That would mean the inside part of the e-glass would be outside. Not only that, none of the five would fit. This is after two different measurements by Window Nation personnel. The window at the entrance was clear, not frosted as per the contract. One of the interior windows in the living room was missing the trim. The team supervisor made a report and took photos. Despite all this, we honored our end of the contract. We displayed the sign placed in our yard stating we were “another happy customer” for 30 days as per the contract. The next Tuesday, March 23, 2021, a man who identified himself as one the original Window Nation employees came to measure the windows. He measured the trapezoid windows repeatedly and took photos. He said he would get the measurements right and he had been measuring windows since the beginning of the company. He assured us the frost window would be a simple matter of popping out one for the right one. He also said the trim would take all of a minute to fix. Not only that, he said the small windows could probably be done by someone on their way to another job, since it was so minor. During the months of April and May, we waited. I sent messages outlining what was missing. I expected a wait of 2 months. The March 23, 2021, man said the production was starting up again and the wait time would be less. On June 1, 2021, was the scheduled installation date. At first the crew was cancelled. Then, a crew was found, and finally a crew was on its way. Then the truck had a flat. They rescheduled for June 2. The June 2, 2021, installation was also mismanaged. 1 of the 5 trapezoid windows did not fit. There was no frosted window replacement. There was no interior trim for the living room window. This is all with numerous measurements at the other installation, and a specific window install. 3 of the 5 windows were measured wrong as well, as the workers had to take out the framing 2x4s and replace one with a 1x4. Nevertheless, those three windows were successfully installed. Again, the team supervisor took photos and made a report. During the months of July and August, I repeated the missing items from the contract. I was updated sporadically and by different people from Window Nation. Some of the updates were conflicting or in error. At the September 7, 2021, installation was nearly the same story. The windows were now here and installed. However, the trim on the interior living room window was not. I had mentioned the trim for the window for the previous 9 months. After nearly 4 hours when I pointed it out, the trim arrived. The job was complete, after numerous communications and missteps on the part of Window Nation. I strongly not recommend nor hire Window Nation again.

They kept us informed when our windows would come in and once in stock they came to install quickly. The day of instillation the crew was on time, great to work with and did an amazing job making it look great inside & out. They were done with the job in only a few short hours, cleaned everything up inside and out and explained how to use & clean the new windows.

From start to finish, it was perfection. The salesperson that came to the house was wonderful to work with. I am older and have been pushed into "great deals" many times in my life, so, I prepare myself to have to defend my opinion and money - ha ha... It wasn't needed at all. There is NO high pressure. There is NO "sign these papers today or you lose your special price" - NONE of that nonsense that I have always been used to, especially as a woman. The installation was actually fun. The crew that was here were some of the happiest guys ever. They definitely KNEW everything about their job, worked quickly and accurately. The yard was not left a mess. The crew leader came in after the job was completed and walked through all the rooms and tested the windows with me, explaining how they work, lock etc. I had what I thought was a small issue after installation. The company sent a man out within a couple days and all was well. I highly recommend Window Nation. We will be using them again in the future when it is time to replace some of the other windows. We only replaced the windows across the front of the house where the sun shines in so strongly in the afternoon. They have definitely made a difference in loss of our air conditioning in summer and loss of heat in the winter. You could feel a breeze when we sat next to a couple of our old windows. You won't be sorry you chose Window Nation!

We had windows and sliding door replaced. The whole team at Window Nation was very professional and kept us informed each step of the way. The install team was great, courteous and they arrive a bit earlier than expected.

The installation went well. We had some trouble afterwards that caused someone to come back out three weeks later. It was very, very difficult getting anyone to contact me about the situation. I felt that we are done and on to the next gig. No one to talk to live.

Due to high demand, we have to wait for 10 weeks for our order but they actually got our windows within the 8 weeks of order. the team who installed our windows were very professional and kept everything clean. I'm very impressed with the quality of the work they have done. I have replaced a total of 13 windows ( 12 windows & 1 picture window) and I'm seeing the benefit of it through my electric bill. for the past three months, I have seen a 30% reduction in my electric usage and bill.

Love it. Windows are great. Only took about 6 hours and everything was completed.

Great experience with Window Nation. Everyone was professional, the door quality and installation completely met my expectations. I was nervous about the install, I'm slightly OCD, but the install team managed by Sonali did a super clean install. I'll absolutely use them in the future if I need another door or windows replaced.

November 2020 - I signed the contract to have about 16 windows replaced. I was given an estimate of two months to have the project completed and that I wouldn't have to put any money down until January (scheduled time of install). December 2020 - I received an updated contract from Window Nation reflecting an added quote for additional work which I decided to pass on. I was then quickly contacted by two people from Window Nation - 1 being the salesperson - stating that I now had to make a downpayment on the project. This communication happened days before Christmas on 12/22. I asked for clarification on why payment was needed now and not in January as originally stated. He only advised that his original understanding was also that payment was not needed until January. As to not delay the project any further, I made the downpayment. January 2021 - I reached out to Window Nation for an update on my project and was told the material wasn't ordered until late December. I emailed the salesperson for an explanation on what was going on with my project. I received no response. I emailed the Sales Manager. I received no response. I was eventually contacted by the Customer Fulfillment Manager who avoided my question on why nothing moved with my project until over a month after I signed the contract. She provided me with an estimated date of install in February. February 2021 - The windows were replaced. The installation team was great and truly the only saving grace from this entire experience. They advised that three window screens were missing but that they would relay the need to have the additional screens ordered and later installed. I confirmed they annotated it on their order forms and was also assured that I wouldn't have to be home for the screens install as that could be done from the exterior of the house. March 2021 - I called for an update and was told by customer service that the screens had just arrived but they had to go through quality assurance. I was not given an ETA on when those would be installed other than someone would reach out to me with further details. April 2021 - I call again for an update and was told they would forward my messages and request to the department that handles order fulfillment. May 2021 - I finally receive a call from Window Nation stating that my screens have arrived (already known at the time) and a technician can come out to complete the project. The technician arrives, with no ladder, and the wrong screens. Obviously nothing was installed and he left. I had to call the company myself to find out what happened as I wasn't even provided an update out of professional courtesy. To reiterate, I was previously told that my screens arrived in March, and that they had gone through quality assurance. I got in contact with Window Nation yet again, and was asked to provide photos of the labels of the windows that they themselves ordered and installed, presumably to ensure they order the correct ones for the next attempt. June 2021 - A technician was scheduled to arrive and complete the project on 6/7. After the scheduled appointment, I receive a communication from Window Nation that the install could not be completed because not all of the screens were accounted for and that I would receive an update when further details were known from the manufacturer. This project has now entered month seven and Window Nation still cannot complete the project I have paid them for. Their incompetence and inability to communicate with a customer (and seemingly with each other) is ridiculous.
