Richmond Window Corporation

This company is a disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. We replaced every window and door at the cost of 55k only to have a complete disaster from beginning to end. 14 service calls and 18 months later they just completed the work in mid December 2022. Last night I discovered yet another problem, a dent in a door panel they changed out in December. They’re a bunch of amateurs that were not prepared any of the 14 times they were at our home. I basically had to project manage their team for them to make sure they had everything covered. We should have gone to Pella instead. Incidentally, Pella were very interested in our horrible experience with Richmond Window Corporation when I spoke with them recently. Apparently it’s not the first time they’ve heard complaints like this.

The new windows look great. The installation team was professional and careful. While the installation took longer than the estimated time, the result was worth the wait. I'd rather have it done right than have a rushed installation.

They did a great job from start to finish ,the salesman was very informative.the office always let me know what time the workers would be on the job each day.the installers did a professional job and kept the job clean every day.I was very pleased and will be doing other projects with this company very soon.

Installers arrived on time and were professional and courteous. The quality of the windows and door exceeded our expectations. After all work was complete installers took care in cleaning up. They did an excellent job

We had a full replacement of all the windows in our home (34) . The job went quicker than the time allotted and the crew was prompt, friendly, and efficient . The product is exceptional. The house is quieter and cheaper to cool. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend this company for window replacement. It is at the top end as far as cost is concerned, but they provide excellent product quality and performance in exchange. I love my new kitchen window and I would absolutely work with them again.

Fine, with the exception the inside trim was not stained as had been done with a previous job.

Very cooperative even though the first attempt was the wrong size and second attempt the lining around the glass was warped. Third attempt perfect.

The windows that Chris helped us to select, have undoubtedly raised the value of our property by maximizing our views, improving efficiency, and enhancing the design and asthetics of the home. The window installation crew did a fantastic job as well. The hard working crew replaced 22 windows in 2 days! They were very respectful of our home by using drop cloths on flooring, covering nearby furniture, and periodically stopping to vacuum dust and sweep.

Installers and after market service very good. Prices are quite high and financing options (12 months only then) and interest rate also could be better.

Two doors out of four and all of the windows in the home have been replaced...we had a lot of windows...al least 33. During the first installment, there was a window that needed correction and this was done immediately. There have been problems with the doors and their correction was also done immediately. No other company was ever considered during our replacement adventure. We have been totally pleased with the product, installers and those who were called in to make the necessary corrections. We wanted this company to do all of this work so we could enjoy the product and the product would be a item for a good resale value.

Installation took longer than they projected, but the job was done very well and we are satisfied with the job. This was our second time using them to install windows in a home.

Quality of materials and installation was great. Exterior cleanup of work space in driveway was not 100 percent. Several box staples were left where they could puncture tires.
