Johny arrived within an hour, inspected the old heater, and although he suspected it needed replacement, he still contacted the manufacturer to explore repair options. The repair was estimated at $300–$400, but we chose to replace the unit instead. The replacement was completed within 5 hours of the initial visit. Kati and Johny were patient and informative, walking me through payment options and explaining the differences between heater models. Overall, excellent service and quick turnaround.
