They were able to a**** the problem and detect exactly what the root cause instead of masking it with a water filtration system as another professional had recommended. The man they sent was very nice and knew what he was doing. I believe he said his name was John. He came out on Saturday and got the job done efficiently with little hassle.

Called Dexter Wells & Plumbing and John was about to come out the same day and the very next day installed a new well pump and pressure tank for us. We are very pleased with the services received. John is a very nice man and definitely knows what he is talking about when it came to our issue. Would without a doubt recommend them and use them again.

Replaced a well pump, pressure tank and switch. John Dexter was prompt in response and the installation was completed within a couple of days. The young man that completed the installation was very polite and did a great job. Had an issue with a slight leak on one of the tank fittings which did take two return trips to solve the issue which was nothing more than a lack of silicone grease on the o-rings. Two days later we detected a very bad taste in the water. Called Dexter to tell of the issue. John did not seem to concerned and ask me to email him what I was experiencing so he could forward to his water people. The taste and smell were very bad and the water could not be drank. Dexter's shop is literally a mile from my house. I think it would have been prudent for him to swing by and see the issue for himself. I decided after a few days of not hearing from Dexter, to contact someone else to solve the issue. While Dexter Well and Plumbing is fast to respond to the initial problem, they seem less concerned if there are issues after the fact.

When they were done my girlfriend called to tell me there was no water they had to come fix that and then a week later the water line they installed came off and then I was told by them to make my kids bath in the sink till they come out so I had to go buy water for the bathroom and not very nice people

Extremely satisfied with price, installation, attentiveness to my custom requests. Could not beat their price anywhere even though I solicited 5 separate bids. Others would have charged me thousands more for a less efficient unit! Real nice to have the owner, John, be there for me during the whole process, and Christi, the glue that keeps that company together as she manages overall day to day operations. Another great selling point was that they offered extended parts and labor warranty over the manufacturer warranty. Couldn't be happier!

It went well. We had a previous company out to work on it 3 years ago. The Master Plumber found the issue to be the original home owners did not do any of the pump replacements to code. Also the pipe underground to the well was under code for the pressures involved. He would warrenty his work but only until the old pump. His request was to change it all. Dig a trench to the house and replace it all with stronger pipe. If he could do it of course the price would be higher but he would warrenty for 20 years. While working he would show us all the evidence of why the upgrade as well as the process. Meanwhile his price was pretty good. He gave a flat price in the beginning and it didn't change or fluctuate throughout the process even though a lot of manual labor was required just to get to the original repair area. Overall i would hire them again. I would say they are trust worthy and knowledgeable about their stuff. He punctual for his appointment times as well. All in all 16 hrs of labor, many feet of pipe, and a few dozen fittings.

My water heater was leaking, and within a few days of contacting this company a technician inspected the problem, sent me a price quote, scheduled a weekend installation, and the work was completed promptly, courteously, and for a reasonable price. Excellent customer service all around, and I highly recommend John Dexter.
