As far as the chain of command everything seemed to stop at Dan. Most days the Blackwood employees would openly complain about Dan (I'm not going to mention what they complained about since that is "hear say"). Low morale seemed to be the common thread across everyone who was sent here. The lowbrow humor alone, would keep me from recommending them to anyone. The work wasn't the worst but the management of our project was terrible."
