They originally had agreed upon an approximately $800 contract, paid up front, to complete the work. The only thing they did was pull up the carpet in the dining room and move the furniture from the kitchen and dining room into the living room. They partially did work in the kitchen and then stopped. Since then, they came back and said my father he owed $150 more than what was originally quoted. They haven't answered the phone or came back out in the past two weeks since quoting that new price. On several visits to the showroom, no one has been in their office.

The quality and look of the wood floors is fantastic! It has 100% changed the look of our house for the better. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Where the scoring drops, is the actual professionalism of the workers. A couple of nights during the week, I came by the house to check on it (we moved out for 7 days). The first night, everything looked great but the blinds were up in every room revealing to anyone from the outside that it was virtually an "empty" house. The second night, our front door was left unlocked. I called and spoke to the project manager and asked that he please make sure the house was locked up from here on out as we are not interested in anyone breaking in. This was confirmed. We then went out of town for the weekend. Upon our return on Tuesday, we found the house to be unlocked, every light in the house on, and all of the blinds up. Since the last day that the crew worked on the floor was Monday, that means that anyone from the outside, for a full day, could walk into our house (since it was locked) and could see from the outside that the house was empty. Additionally, we found that the crew had left LOTS of food and drink in the refrigerator that they had at the house throughout the week. I have no problem with workers keeping their lunches/dinners in our refrigerator while they're working but would expect that these items would be removed upon completion. Overall, very happy with the result of the floors. But, the crew's professionalism is lacking. I would recommend this company 100% if you are a customer who can stay in the area to monitor your home on a daily basis.
