"I had a wonderful experience with Bay Crawl Space. I had Beau initially come out for an inspection. Our dehumidifier needed to be replaced and he was incredibly friendly and answered all of our questions concisely and patiently. Chris A and Austin installed the unit a couple of weeks later. They were also friendly, polite and completed the installation within a few hours. I asked them how to change the filter and they were more than eager to show me. Lastly, Josh and Aaron came a couple of days later to install the hygrometer and splash block. They were professional and efficient. No complaints."

"Do not work with JES. They contracted with us for a job they were completely incapable of completing. We paid our deposit in Dec, work was supposed to begin in Feb. For months, crews would show up, complain about how narrow the space was, say they didn't have the proper equipment to do the job, then leave the site. We worked with them while they replanned how to complete the project because they claimed the person who bid the job screwed up. Further complicating matters, they were digging too close to the sewer pipe and constantly damaging it. We had to constantly hire plumbers to repair the pipe and remediation companies to deal with the sewage. We finally fired them after they let a leak go for a month where they not only didn't tell us about it, but denied that there was a leak when we asked whether that was the problem. Everyone at every level blamed somebody else, and it took threats of lawsuits to get the contract canceled and our deposit returned. The fecal matter ran deep."

"Avoid them...their own intall tech walked into my house, looked at the work order and -incredulously- declared to me that 'whoever wrote this up...they were probably new. But this isn't going to solve your problem". That ACTUALLY HAPPENED. Drying Company completely botched the job. They failed to finish the work (offered some laughable small credit instead) and then sought civil remedy for an amount I don't owe. Oh, and they kept the deposit. To summarize: THEY BOTCHED A JOB AND THEN SUED THEIR OWN CUSTOMER. I was going to let sleeping dogs lie but now I'm going to use every consumer digital megaphone available. Just look at the photo! They were hired to spray foam my crawl space!! That's what they left...They claim this crawl space has been mitigated for pipes freezing."

"We had cracks in the dyed mortar of the bricks above our garage. Grady took the time to match the color, even with the color having aged 10 years, and you would not even be able to tell that there was new mortar. If your project is anything like ours, you will not be disappointed."

"Cristobal Palencia did an excellent job of organizing the work and keeping me informed on any issues that might change during the approximately one week total that it took to do the job. The cost was very competitive with other companies I had quote me for the work done and the progress was quite fast and well done. the work crew showed up on a timely basis and did the work well and quickly, the only issue were some very minor communication issues, but nothing of consequence, they did a very good job and covered the roof for protection and to make clean up easier and it looked great when they were done. I am a big DIY person, so I hire very few professionals, but this job was too big and up on the roof for me to do, and Palencia Masonry did a spectacular job in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable cost, I would definitely use them for masonry work in the future. Now, we will have to see how the job weathers over time, but I great confidence that it was done well and will last. The only issue was a minor problem with the existing chimney flashing which accidentally got pulled back during the work, but it won't be hard to fix, and I just mention it for reference, so don't let that stop you from calling Cristobal for your project, he and his crew did a really great job."

"Honestly couldn't be happier. The crew was awesome - they showed up when they said they were going to show up, did what they said they were going to do, and fixed a few little things that we requested without any fuss. They were in and out in 2 weeks when the other contractors said 1-2 months. Literally our only regret was that we wasted so much time with flaky contractors before finding these guys. We'll definitely be repeat customers!"

"The project started out with an expected completion date of 2 weeks. The workers initially showed up erratically then gradually tapered off. Additional damage was found that was apparently there long before we bought the house in 2016 but we were told any further work would need be stopped until we were able to finance an additional $10,000 + leaving other areas of the floor and insulation unfinished. We were also expected to pay costs outside of the terms of the original contract or threatened with a lien on our home. We asked the contractor come back and complete the flooring up to the area the area of additional repairs with the agreement to prepay to make it safer for our toddler while we were in the process of refinancing our house to be able to pay for the additional repairs. Mr. Hammond has only contacted us through email taking up to several days for a response and refused to return any of our calls or text messages then mostly recently advised us that he had larger more time consuming jobs to complete and didn't know when he could get back to our job and suggested we hire another contractor."
