Avoid them...their own intall tech walked into my house, looked at the work order and -incredulously- declared to me that 'whoever wrote this up...they were probably new. But this isn't going to solve your problem". That ACTUALLY HAPPENED. Drying Company completely botched the job. They failed to finish the work (offered some laughable small credit instead) and then sought civil remedy for an amount I don't owe. Oh, and they kept the deposit. To summarize: THEY BOTCHED A JOB AND THEN SUED THEIR OWN CUSTOMER. I was going to let sleeping dogs lie but now I'm going to use every consumer digital megaphone available. Just look at the photo! They were hired to spray foam my crawl space!! That's what they left...They claim this crawl space has been mitigated for pipes freezing.

My wife and I bought a new construction home with standard open 4" gutters. Very quickly we noticed the gutters were pitched incorrectly and collecting shingle grit and debris. This was causing the gutters to overflow during heavy rain events. We had The Drying Co. remove the new construction gutters and install Gutter Shutter. We're very happy with the installation and can already tell a difference during rain events. Dustin and crew were very professional and cleaned up well after the installation. Very happy with how the Gutter Shutter looks on the house and excited that I don't have to clean them!

Cool hand Luke showed up on Thursday dressed to kill. Crawled under house for 30 minutes and said he would get back to me on Friday with price. Never heard back from him or his lousy company.

I was able to get an appointment and estimate but could never get the work scheduled. I contacted them twice, to approve and schedule the work but was left hanging. I don't understand why they would want to follow through to do a job.

This is a copy of my email sent to them 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard back from them 😒 I wanted to share my feedback from my experience with The Drying Company. 1/ KNOWING YOUR PRODUCT The salesman assured me that they would be able to spray foam on existing insulation (Ceiling + Wall) because they have the best foam. When I asked him a second time, after another company told me that it would not work, he reassured me that it will work. So I signed with them. And when your technicians came on site, it did not work. BUMMER 2/ RECHARGING A LIFT => BEING EFFICIENT I provided a scissor lift for the technicians. And after working the whole day, they did not plug the lift in to recharge overnight. So when they arrived around 8 o'clock on Friday they could not work. 3/ CLEANING => DOING A NEAT JOB After the work was completed: The trash can was left full inside the warehouse. (See picture attached). The plastic protection was rolled up and dropped outside the warehouse alongside the dumpster (See picture attached). I have drops of spray foam on the drywall which was painted the week before they started the work & a BIG CHUNK above the restroom. (See picture attached). I am sorry but this is not acceptable. For a $35,000 job, I expected more professionalism. Even from the first day, when we had to unload your products from the truck, things were not as expected. I will not be recommending The Drying Company.

Everything started very good. I received a call the same day to schedule the initial appointment. Matt the salesman was on time and very professional. I had to wait two weeks for the installation, that was not a problem. I was contacted about 2-3 days before the scheduled installation date and I was told that they overbooked some jobs and needed to move the installation one day. I had no problem with that. I was scheduled for 3 days in a row to complete the job. The crew showed up in time and completed the first part of the job, a second crew and the remaining part. That's when the problems started. I sat in my house for the next two days waiting for someone to show up to complete the work. I received a call at the end of the second day to let me know that I was scheduled for the next day, at this time I was not able to accommodate that request because I had family coming on that day for one day (Friday). Then I was told that I would receive a call on Friday to schedule another day to complete the work. I received a call 4 days later to tell me that my work will be completed a month later because they were booked up. On top of that, they told me that someone had tried to contact me several times and couldn't reach me. That was a lie, no one called me. At this time, I decided to canceled the remaining work , I was not going to wait another month to complete my work for their lack of communication and follow up. Then I received an email trying to schedule my work for the next Saturday, they were making an exception to help me. Really? Why that option was not available before, specially when I have been very flexible with them. I decided to cancel the remaining work anyway. The quality of work is good, Matt was great,but the admin office really needs to follow up when they suppose to. Don't make promises that you can't keep and don't lie trying to cover your lack of planning and communication. That's why I'm given them a B on my review.

Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. Cost was a little high, but great product/quality, you get what you pay for. Better than the cheaper options justifies the price. Easy to work with... Before and after photos attached...

Technicians arrived on time and went right to work. Both were very friendly and professional. I'm glad I hired this the Drying Company to do the work.

Some initial prep information was a bit lacking in detail, which caused rescheduling of work, but went well after that. Insulated crawlspace that was severely lacking insulation from cheap & crappy house builder (HH Hunt). Foam insulation on sides/walls & certain posts/beams, 10 mil drymat on ground, sealed off vents. Workers friendly & professional. Bit pricey but noticeable improvement soon after finish...floors were not cold in certain areas as before.

Great. Arrived when they promised. Sent two very professional men who completed the work on time with little disruption and absolutely no mess. Fascinating equipment and process which totally seals your ductwork, thereby preventing heat/cool air from escaping into the attic. We are experiencing a noticeable difference in the air quality on our 2nd floor after this process was completed.

Although a day late due to their scheduling issues, the crew was totally professional, did a superb job, protected furnishings, and thoroughly cleaned up what is, by necessity, a very messy process. Took three solid days plus a extra day for electrical work. Not cheap, but certainly worth the investment.

The advisor (Mohammed Saeed) was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He not only explained what needs to be done but also provided with detailed pictures of our house crawlspace. With confidence we look forward to the work to be performed in the next three weeks.

Absolutely superb work throughout starting with the inspection thru work cost estimate and execution of the project. Every crew member was completely professional. On time, clean, answered all questions completely, exceptionally knowledgeable and willing to explain "why" in detail. Polite, courteous, professional AND the work was done quickly, completely and they took every action to ensure our house remained clean and without any damage. NONE BETTER. We replaced our previous HVAC service provider with the Drying Company and are VERY happy we did. They are just GREAT!!

The team at The Drying Company did a great job communicating the scope of the project and helping with random questions we had while considering this investment. The work was completed in a timely way and all employees were courteous and prompt. This was a major expense we weren't necessarily planning on, but with the information we received from Tony we felt confident that we were making an informed decision to help safeguard our home from future mold and moisture issues.

Went well. Damage to existing HVAC duct work during demo, and issues with the installed dehumidifier stretched the initial 1 week completion estimate to over three weeks. However there was a long holiday weekend involved. The Drying Company repaired all issues at their expense.

Entire job met and exceeded my expectations. My salesman, Mike O'Bier and project manager, Joe Craven were both professional, prompt and highly skilled. Air quality is much better and utility bill is lower. Lastly, the owner and all the staff were a pleasure to deal with. Company is very customer oriented.

Arrived on day expected at the approximate time. The two person team began work about 9:30 am and worked straight through until 2:30 pm at which time the team was prepared to blow in insulation. However, insulation machine was not operating properly. They scheduled to come back the next day to complete job. I inspected work and found a few items they did not foam insulate so made a list so when they came back the next day they checked and completed foam insulation of the rest of the items and then blew in the insulation. Management called and scheduled to come out and inspect work for proper performance. Management showed up on site as scheduled and verified work was done as invoiced and my spouse paid the balance for the work. We expect to achieve energy savings as a result of the work done and will monitor the energy bills over the next year and compare to previous to see actual savings. Management appears concerned about quality of their work and reputation. Would recommend to others.

Very quick and efficient application of foam - done in one morning. However, not informed that in sealing the crawlspace walls such application of foam would negate our termite control bond as the walls can no longer be inspected for termite tunnels. As such, we had to go with a more expensive and invasive termite contract to ensure that our protection continued.

It was a pleasure working with John Jenny. He was professional and courteous. Answered all questions and then some. Gave us a great price on completing the total project. We had other offers, but the Drying Company did more for less and did a great job. John came back additional times to adjust the jacks under the house. We would certainly have the Drying come back again if needed.

He was on time and pointed out all the areas of concern to me. I liked that he was not rushed with me.

The men worked hard for over 2 days. There were unforeseen problems that caused the job to take longer, but they never complained. They had me lead them around the house to air seal every single place I wanted. It was the most complete, thorough job! My heating bill this winter was much lower than I expected. There was a huge difference - 40 % less some months.

Came on time; provided fair estimate; but we decided not to proceed.

It went well. I had several estimates, this one wasn't the most expensive and not the cheapest either. This project was for a rental house, and I really didn't want to sink a lot of money into it. I felt like this company gave me the best value for the services that I had them do. I ended up spending twice as much as I wanted to, but the cheaper competitors just were not as thorough during the initial inspection, and in explaining options of what to do. I received an itemized estimate, and I elected to do some of the work myself (electrical and replacing the crawl space door) to cut back on overall expenses. They got the job started faster and finished before the planned time. They did everything promised and I will use them again for my next project.

The process went very smoothly. There were several teams that worked on my project. The initial workers removed all of the old insulation and trash left under the house during construction, and cleaned the joists. Later a perimeter drain system was installed, and the final job was to insulate the foundation perimeter and install the vapor barrier. All the work was done in a professional manner and the workers were all very courteous. They were on time and on budget.
