No obstacle encountered was a problem for them. And for the work I needed done, for a home that's been in my family for 5 generations now, the price was more than reasonable. Dalton and Devon came by for my annual inspection. They were very professional, quick and explained to me what they did and followed up with pictures from under my house. They cleaned out the dehumidifier pump and replaced the hose, since it was green and gunky, they replaced the batteries in the hydrometer.

Bay Crawlspace came today for my annual crawlspace encapsulation inspection. Josh and Aaron came out and did their thing and as is usually the case with Bay Crawlspace, they went avove and beyond. They sent me pictures of places under my house that need some love and hung a section of flex duct that had fallen back into place. If you want a quality job done right, give Bay Crawlspace a call.

The crew that came to my house was and Matt and Austin. Austin explained what they were going to do. They left my yard very tidy. The company is prompt in returning calls and scheduling appointments.

Travis, Jordan, Zach, and Art completed the structural work and encapsulation of our crawlspace. They were great to work with, and the job was done in a timely and professional manner. We are very happy with the work.

Every year, the technicians show up in time for my annual inspection. They inspect my crawl space and give me a detailed report with pictures explaining everything in detail. They adjusted my dehumidifier, cleaned the filter and replaced the batteries in both units. I would highly recommend Bay Crawl Space for all your needs.

They found some issues with the drainage that we were unaware of and corrected those as part of our annual service. Crawlspace repair with encapsulation completed. Punctual, excellent communication and a thorough job! Vinny and Paul ran electrical wiring like a surgeon. Beautiful job. Production crew of Cedric, Zo, Shawn and gates were even good with my crazy dogs, lol. While providing us with an estimate to replace a crawlspace dehumidifier they found a serious plumbing issue, which eventually we had fixed by a different contractor. Bay provided us with a thorough estimate of the cost of the new dehumidifeir and replacemtn of 700 sq feet of 20 ml vinyl damaged by the plumbing problem. Matt and Jordan did the work and explained what they were doing each step of the way.

I had an incredibly positive experience with Bay Crawlspace encapsulation. Christa from the office called me with the timeline for the project and followed up with an e-mail. She also provided me with updates on when each person was going to show up and the task they would complete. The Bay Crawlspace team showed up on time and all team members were extremely professional and polite. The job started with James spraying the BORA-CARE with MOLD-CARE, covering all the floor framing and providing pictures showing the results. Next up was the production team of Adian, Rahshaan, Jason, and Devon, this team worked very well together. Removing and disposing of all the trash, rocks, and insulation from under the home. Completed all the digging for the drainage system, installed the sump pump and drains. Followed by an excellent job of encapsulation. The electrical team of Jeff and Paul did an excellent job of installing electrical outlets and LED lights. They did a wonderful job of labeling everything and cleaning up after the work was completed. I highly recommend this company.

Bay has done an amazing job. All of their crews have been great. Shout out to Austin, Dalton, James, Matt, Alex, Chris and Elgin. The electricians, Vinny and Dalton, that wired our lights and dehumidifiers were excellent. Both the project manager, office staff and every crew kept us informed about what they were doing and why, which we really appreciated.
