"It went well originally. I had a hose bib replacement done from one of your companies. Southern plumbing. They replaced my hose bib. Worked for a couple of months Then it started leaking out of the top. Leaking profusely. They came and “fixed” it. A couple of months afterwards when I tried to use it today Not working properly. Leaking out of the top. I feel like I was scammed and the work was done insufficiently. How do we remedy this because I’m no longer interested in them servicing this. It needs to be done correctly by an actual plumbing company that can do the work. I’ll never trust Angi for any home projects I have. Throughly aggravated."

The only reason why I did not give a full 5 stars is because I wish the company had more price transparency or a page where I could have seen how much the job could cost (a price range would have been fine) based on whatever factors ahead of time. It costs $90 for someone to look at the project, then they tell you once they’re there what the full cost will be, so I kind of felt like it’d be a waste of money not to hire them at that point. Again, the technicians were great, just wish more possible pricing information was available ahead of time."
