"Although their prices are higher than your local home repair pros, Champion takes ownership of every part of the warranty if needed. No chasing people/corporations down just to get the half-hearted warranty they promised. Champion was respectful and professional throughout the entire process. If financing, just make sure to get ALL of the details upfront. Luckily we were able to do something different but still nice to have a finance option if needed. After a very long period of a horrible back and forth interaction with the company in regards to repairing my leaking roof; I finally was placed in communication with some one who actually took the time to listen, understand, and care enough to fix the problem. During the phone call I was assure that I would be sent another P.M. that would take care of everything. I was a little skeptical at first, because of the previous way I was handled, but I moved forward to have the repair hopefully taken care of. Within 24 hours, I was contacted by Mark. At first interaction he was very polite, professional, and attentive to what was happening. But, what was most impressive was his advidness to fix the issue. "This company is a disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. We replaced every window and door at the cost of 55k only to have a complete disaster from beginning to end. 14 service calls and 18 months later they just completed the work in mid December 2022. Last night I discovered yet another problem, a dent in a door panel they changed out in December. They’re a bunch of amateurs that were not prepared any of the 14 times they were at our home. I basically had to project manage their team for them to make sure they had everything covered. We should have gone to Pella instead. Incidentally, Pella were very interested in our horrible experience with Richmond Window Corporation when I spoke with them recently. Apparently it’s not the first time they’ve heard complaints like this."
