You get what you pay for. These guys showed up fully inspected the property, did the project in a timely manner. Kept the area clean. And resolved any issues that came up quickly. Warranty is a huge plus.

The roofing crew came in and knocked out he whole job in a day and a half. I was impressed by the whole experience.

Mark Lassiter, Sales Rep & Mark Johnson, PM are two of the best at what the do: Mr. Lassiter addressed my Qs head on, did not retreat, and Mr Johnson worked tirelessly with us from 1st phone call prior to install, thru to completion of new roofs and clean up (in response to my concern that our dogs would likely find all the stray nails, Mr Johnson rolled our yards 5x each w huge rollong magnets to pull up the nails). I don't even know where to start. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I can't trust any of the positive reviews I've seen online or anywhere else because my own experience has been so terrible. I started my siding project in July 2024 thinking it would be done in 8 weeks at the latest. It's now almost mid-October and the project still isn't finished. The promises they make in their brochures are all lies. They claim to have a dedicated project team that will answer all your questions, ensure a smooth project, and exceed your expectations. None of that has been true in my experience. There have been constant issues and delays, and now I'm stuck on a 3-day hold because they failed to order the necessary materials. I've already waited 3 months just to figure out where the materials are, and now I have to wait even longer for them to arrive. It's been a frustrating and disappointing experience dealing with this company. The problems just keep piling up with this project. Currently, I'm facing a 3-day delay because the company failed to order the essential materials needed to finish the job. After waiting three long months for the materials to arrive, I was shocked to discover that, three to four days into the project, they still didn't have everything required to complete the job. The lack of communication and updates from the company only added to my frustration. I strongly advise against using this company. My experience has been filled with disappointment and setbacks, and as I write this review with my project still unfinished, my hopes for a satisfactory completion are dwindling. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company.

It went great! Took 2 days, which was expected. Chad our project manager was awesome. Kept us abreast of everything that was going on. Explained what was happening if we had questions. Cleaned up property like they said they would, which was nice to see. Inspected everything when project was done and we signed off. Now off to the siding project and gutters, being done by same company in a few weeks. Roof looks amazing! I would totally refer them to my family and friends.

The overall work looked good, but the leak reoccurred. I have reached out several times regarding my warranty, and STILL no one has returned to complete the repair. I will not choose them for any future services.
