He led by stating in that call that he would help us get our water back, which was a nice reassurance and he arrived at our home shortly after. "Ripped off. I was hopeful of having a good experience, since a friend referred me to this company, but that didn't happen. My A/C fan was constantly running, but not cooling. They came out and said it needed a capacitor, and that it would be $405. I agreed, thinking it was an expensive part and he needed a good amount of time to do the job. It took 45 minutes tops (he also cleaned the screen on the sides and checked the filter "for free".). He didn't leave me with a receipt, so I asked for one, and he emailed it right away. It was NOT itemized, and so there was no way to know how much they charged/hr., or how much the part was. I looked up the part online, and guess what...about $10. So BUYER BEWARE. When I called the office for information about hourly costs and the part cost, she said what another reviewer reported upon his call: that there is a flat fee, etc. Oh, and there's a $15 charge for their gas, since prices are so high, and to keep their "fleet mobile and ready to serve." The only positive part is that my AC is working, and the technician was very nice, but I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN."

"This company stole $755 from me and should not be allowed to operate. This company is a disaster to work with. I had a water heater that needed to be replaced. I made a service request through my home warranty company. Mundin said I would owe $755 in non-covered costs. I paid the $755 because it was the only way to secure an appointment. On the day the first appointment was scheduled, I got a call saying that the water heater order had been cancelled and it wasn't at Home Depot to be picked up and that I needed to call my home warranty company. I rescheduled the service a few weeks later. On the day of the appointment, I received a call from Mundin towards the end of the appointment window that the service technician went to pick up the water heater but the order had been cancelled. I then asked Mundin to no longer continue the service and requested they refund my $755. It has been 1 month since I cancelled the service request. I have called Mundin numerous times trying to find out where my refund is. I was told 7-10 business days to process the refund, but after that had not received the refund to my credit card. I called Mundin to find out what happened and the receptionist said that she would call their bank to find out what happened. I was told that apparently there was some error with their bank and that the bank was going to reissue the refund. That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on my refund. This company provided zero services for me and stole my money."
