Called them when I found a water line leak into my basement. They actually answered the phone and got us scheduled quickly. Technician was very informative and was able to fix the issue fast.

This company is what sets the standard for how business should be done. They’re friendly, informative, trustworthy, respectful, and really go out of their way to make the customer happy. I have used Just Better Home Services for all my house needs and they never disappoint. Early morning calls, late night emergencies, and even holiday weekend fiascos, they were there. I even asked for them to be put on a list for my new house warranty fixes but that’s not my call. Either way, they're hands down always the first people I call cause I know I can count on them doing it right and for being just better.

On time and ready to work. Good explanation of needed repair. Fast. Took necessary steps to keep from reoccurring.

They had a cancellation and were able to see me same day. I was offered a repair or total replacement and the costs for each, as well as offers for courtesy checks on my water pressure. All in all quick, solid work.

Arrived on time, found issue causing tripping of circuit breaker, shorted ex tension cord. Removed bad extension cord, everything back to normal.

I wish I had a before picture, but I don’t. Service call and professionalism was above and beyond. My service technician was Caleb, he was very respectful of my home in keeping his work area clean and protected from water damage. Caleb, took pride in his work, meaning you can rest assured that his work was 100% done right the first time around. He will not leave you confused as to what was done and why. He took time to explain everything and made sure you knew how the installed item/system works/operates. Will definitely be my “on call” plumber for my next home improvement project.
