I was impressed with Clyde when he responded immediately to my initial inquiry. He led by stating in that call that he would help us get our water back, which was a nice reassurance and he arrived at our home shortly after. After some diagnosing, he spent time very patiently explaining how he arrived at his conclusions and proceeded to find us a tank and install it, all of this in one day. He also helped with a few other small details while there. Thank you, Clyde for taking away the sting of losing our water and for standing by your word on the pricing. We would highly recommend again.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Clyde and his team. I sent him pics of a broken well head and he called back quickly with a estimate. He scheduled a time within a week of my first call and arrived timely. They were very professional and competent .

Best installation service by Clyde Williams I can remember, not only did he do a beautiful installation job of and entire water filtration system, he was neat in appearance, very respectful, and explained the piping system and handed me a simple guide about the system and what bottles contain and what they are used for, addressed us by Mr or Mrs. Great person and the company product excellent. Clyde advised alternative drainage options as well, I’d give Clyde and his company 10 out of 10, for a military man to give a 10 rating is unheard of.

Quickly responded to our request. This was a Sunday morning and he was there within 2 hours. Performed a needed repair and returned the next day to install our water softener. Went above and beyond what would be expected. Was polite, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend and call again for needed service.

Excellent service provided, before I called pure water filtration services my current well water system was inefficient, low water pressure, hot water running out with two hot showers, fluctuating water hardness. Mr. Williams recommended the perfect system based on what we were desiring. After the install our water increased exponentially, we even have enough pressure to run an irrigation system on the new system. I no longer have to maintain the filters any more it’s self cleaning. The only maintenance is adding solar salt every 3 months. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a well trained plumbing/well specialist . Mr. Williams also schedules bi yearly visits to check and make sure the system is performing properly or as needed! Since this initial visit, I had them do other services such as installing plumbing for finishing my basement, well cap modification to prevent water from entering below grade well head cap.
