Before this, the microwave worked except for the door handle not closing properly. Now the condition is worse. I do not recommend this service."

Customer service was atrocious. They are unwilling to work to resolve their mistakes and make things right. Never use this company. Needless to say, I still need to find a company to fix Howells non-working trash job. Trash, Howells, trash."
