The company showed up and had a plan already for what was the least disturbance to me (I work from home). They also took before cleaning and after cleaning pics so that I could see their work.

Our heating and air-conditioning ducts were not cleaned since we built the house 20 years ago and we had no idea the duct work was supposed to be cleaned every 5 years!! They took a before and after picture. The before pictures showed that our ducts were disgusting. When they were finished they were shiny clean! Thank you Shiny Ducts!

Manuel and Shawn were very polite and professional. However, they completed only a portion of the work we paid for. They provided us with a detailed document of the work they will do to include: "Our standard cleaning includes all supply and return ducting, as well as cleaning the furnace compartments. We first use our BrushBeast down all supplies and returns......After that, we seal off all registers to maximize suction for our HyperVac...to pick up any leftover dust, debris, and contaminates..". I observed all their work and they did not clean the furnace compartments, nor did seal our registers use the HyperVac to pickup any remaining dust/debris. Manuel gave me some excuse that the BrushBeast did a good enough job. Will not use these guys again.

Polite and personable young man cleaned the dryer vent. He explained every step and showed me before and after photos. We are very satisfied and would hire him again.

Manuel came by to work on my heater duct. I was unsure which duct off the back was the heater duct. He managed to clean all three vents on back foundation. He kept trying till we got to the right one. After cleaning the heater duct he saw that the ductwork underneath the house was actually separated. He still cleaned the duct and said that normally they don't do any connectivity under the house. I had just had back surgery and I could not get out of there myself. he asked whether I could get the connective parts which he told me what I needed.I pick the parts up from home Depot and he came by on Tuesday and install those. he went above and beyond to make sure that my problem went away. Highly suggest him for anything that you might need with dryer vents.

Shiny Ducts is an awesome company! They really know their business and we were really impressed how they did all this cleaning of our messy ducts while leaving the house cleaner than it was before! Their equipment is state of the art but more importantly, Manuel, Carmen and Sean are super professional and will go the extra mile to satisfy their customers! Thumbs up!

Manuel was great cleaning our dryer vent. Very thorough and told me exactly what he was going to do and kept me abreast. Unbelievable what he pulled out of there! As a former police officer, I have seen first hand what a clogged dryer vent can do as far as causing fires to homes. If you have never had this procedure done, don't wait until it's too late. Yes, outstanding job done on cleaning the ductwork in my condo. They were professional, explained exactly what they were going to do, brought in factory size equipment, and followed through with exactly what they were going to do. I have a very high allergy problem and mildew allergy as well. This was taken care of by their procedure . They used blankets to cover the furniture and they cleaned and vacuumed when finished.

Excellent. A panel indicator advised that our dryer vent required cleaning. I called to companies and neither called me back even though the recorded message stated that they would. I used goggle and was satisfied with the listing for Shiny Duct. I called mid day on Sat. and was pleased that the owner answered my call. I explained in detail how his cleaning was done. He explained his charges and he said if possible he would come late that afternoon. He called then and explained that he could not come but committed that he would arrived at 9:00 AM on Monday the technician came on time. He explained what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He showed us pictures before and after of our clogged vent. He was polite, efficient and ran our dryer to confirm that the alert message was gone. We requested business cards, one of which we just gave to our neighbor who is gong to use Shiny Duct. The charge was reasonable and we were completely satisfied.
