"We recently had Exterior Works remove our old wooden deck and replace it with a slightly larger Trex deck. Arafat Shadid, the company owner, and his team did an excellent job for us. They showed up when they said they would, worked very diligently over the course of a week and finished when they said they would. All required county permits were pulled and they helped with our HOA paperwork by ensuring we had the correct County plat document. They were the best price of the three estimates we received and actually finished the job for slightly less than their estimate. Arafat ensured we discussed exactly how we wanted the deck to look and was always available if I had a question. I would definitely consider hiring them if you need a new deck."

"Phoenix Home Services just finished their fourth major project on our home. We now have a wonderful front porch that is a dramatic improvement in the house look. We are already enjoying sitting out front and watching the world go by and interacting with the neighbors. The team working on the porch were great to have around. They were all completely professional, polite and very energetic. Clint, Steve and Brian were the main points of contact and at least one of them was at our home every morning to check progress and help with on-the-fly changes and adjustments. The rest of the team seemed more like a family than a work crew. We were completely comfortable leaving the garage open for them when we had to be away from the house. When the project was complete the area was thoroughly cleaned up and looked great. We also had several smaller interior pieces of work done with the primary porch project. They were completed with the same attention to detail as the outside work. We had done several previous home renovation projects and my only regret is that I did not have Phoenix Home Services on the first job. I would never have used another company nor will I for any future projects. Phoenix Home Services has our highest recommendation and confidence."

"Throughout the roughly 2 week long master bathroom shower tile install, Sheila responded within minutes to every one of my texts, emails, and phone calls. She showed up on time for our original consult and arrived on site multiple times throughout the work to ensure work was being completed correctly. Her team took extra care to ensure our home around the work area remained clean throughout the process. The installers made certain that details were adhered to according to our wishes--i.e. that the door opened the way we wanted, that the shelves and bar were installed where we wanted them, etc. I highly recommend Sheila and wouldn't hesitate to hire her again. "Fred and his team did an excellent job. They had to repair some shoddy work from the previous owner and now I know that everything was done structurally correct and my deck looks amazing. I would definitely hire them again but this time I would get additional items priced up front in writing as this project ended up costing considerably more than the original quote. Fred gave me heads up that additional cost may be incurred since they were repairing an old deck and at no time did I think I was getting scammed it was just a learning lesson to get a price list for all possible contingencies up front. Overall they did a great job and I am very pleased with their craftsmanship."
