We have been so pleased with the whole process. From the estimate with Fernando, to the professional and friendly Office staff, to Selvin and his crew who rebuilt the deck. The communication was timely and easy. You all made making payments simple. The quality of the materials and workmanship were beyond expected. The only delay was due to me not reading an email so I apologize for that. Selvin and his crew were so nice and professional. There were no delays. Even the clean up was done within 24 hrs of the completion. Our deck is now beautiful but more importantly, safe to use. Oh, and the stair lights are amazing!! Thank you all for a great experience.

Luis and assistant were prompt and did an outstanding job washing both the deck and siding. I would highly recommend TrueDecks for both maintenance and refurbishing the deck. Customer service is excellent utilizing both email and text messaging to provide estimates and communicate scheduling and arrival times. Efficient and fast

I highly recommend True Decks (Deck Master) - Fernando Rivera came by, spent a couple hours explaining all the choices and answering all our questions. They were able to do exactly what we wanted (compared to other companies who wouldn't) and they promptly sent my estimate. (Note: They were 1/2 of what another company quoted). Since mine was a 'small' job (see photo), they were able to squeeze me in while waiting on permits/materials on other jobs. When they called right after the snowstorm on Sunday and said they could come on Wednesday, I was surprised. Selvin Aguilera and his assistant Luis showed up bright and early Wednesday in 30 degree weather and proceeded to work all day. I was VERY impressed with their meticulous attention to detail. I could tell they are very proud of their work. By Thursday at noon - another day of freezing temps and wild winds - they were finished, and it is beautiful! I highly recommend them for anyone wanting a new porch or deck.

Not sure how construction business working, they ordered at least 60% extra building materials, such as sands, dirt and patios paver stone. If it is how business running nowadays, I am fine with it. But they did not haul away the remaining materials. Instead, they just spread the left-over sands and dirt across everywhere and changed the gradient of my yard. Now I have to redo landscaping with extra couple thousand bucks.

I got several estimates to repair and re-stain my deck. TruDecks wasn't the lowest estimate but gave me the best value for the money. They inspected the deck, identified the timbers that needed replacing under the deck, and told me exactly what to expect from their technicians. They thoroughly cleaned and prepped the deck for staining, which included applying environmentally safe cleaner and counter sinking nails and lightly sanding the horizontal surfaces. They protected all items (lighting, siding and hot tub, etc.) from overspray and applied two even coats of stain to my 500 sqft deck. They cleaned up perfectly and left me very pleased with their entire performance and professionalism. My deck looks great and I recommended them to my son to do theirs.

Love this company and all its employees. I had most of my 27 year old wooden deck boards replaced, deck and wooden fence clean and stained. They also built 2 privacy screens. Awesome work. Great employees - professional, patient, friendly, skilled.

We needed a new walkway (or patio) to connect our front porch to the garage (to replace the original quartz stone, board, & flagstone design), a new front porch (since the boards were rotting), and we needed the EverGrain Composite Decking of our back deck power-washed and stained. Deckmaster was the only contractor who could do all three jobs, and the finished product on all three was great, and they gave us a great price. They redid the stairs on the back deck and gave us an extra step on the front porch, both of which we really like. Deckmaster was patient while we got our homeowner's association to approve the design, and they were very responsive and reasonable every step of the way. I'd definitely hire them again and highly recommend.

Excellent! DeckMaster clearly a first class, professional, customer-focused company. Office coordination excellent, Trey very good estimator and all worked well planned and communicated timely. Most of all, Selvin and crew were awesome. The deck is 40 years old and I've had repair/washing/staining done but never at this level. Selvin ensured the repair work was perfect and even fixed a railing support that was loose (found the issue) and didn't charge extra. Selvin & crew then stained 2 months later, and the deck now looks new. I would highly recommend DeckMaster to friends, colleagues and HOA.

My deck and fence were badly in need of repairs—DeckMaster replaced boards that were rotted and warped as well as power washing and staining my deck and fence. The difference is night and day—I could not be happier with the work they did and highly recommend them.

DeckMaster did a great job building a beautiful deck for us. They were a bit slow getting started (a few weeks behind what we had discussed), but once their workmen came to the house they did a wonderful job. The team working on our deck was about as easy to work with as any work crew we have had working on a project at our house. Very friendly and professional. Also, a neighbor who does construction work commented on how impressed he was with the quality of construction.

I had a great experience with Deckmaster. It took a while to get an appointment because they are in demand, but once the process started, everything went very smoothly. David came out to do the estimate and he was very knowledgeable and I felt like he gave me good information without trying to up-sell me like other companies. Once I decided to go with Deckmaster, the communication was great with David and the office. A team came out to restore my back deck, and came back at my request to repair a couple of places where leaves fell on the wet paint and left a mark. A separate team did the bigger job of re-decking my wraparound front porch with Trex decking. Gustavo was the project lead and was very responsive and patient with answering my questions. The team always showed up when he said they would, and kept me up to date on progress. The front porch looks fantastic. It was expensive but I feel like I got my money's worth.
