Hired to repair or replace exterior door. There was daylight coming in below the door. The person who gave the estimate assured us they could repair. The people who showed up were not properly informed. They completed work, but it didn't solve problem. The company is almost impossible to get ahold of. They have never returned a call. We spent hours to finally get someone to come out. That person recommended we replace the whole door/frame after we already paid over 1K for repair. After months of leaving messages and calling we finally gave up.

Excellent! Quick, responsive and offered solutions! I was able to hire them on very short notice.

We were quite pleased with the initial consultation visit with Jesse Wertjes (and daughter) during which we discussed and planned for a series of interior and exterior changes, fixes and upgrades. Their administrative team communicated in a timely manner with regards to scheduling and billing processes. Our project team (David Ayala and crew) were always very punctual and affable and worked very hard despite the soaring temperatures and humidity during the three day period.

Everything was done cleanly and efficiently. My precise instructions were perfectly followed. I am very pleased with the result.

The job was done efficiently and well. It was wonderful to get a wide variety of small home projects taken care of all at once.

It went very well. The technician, Thomas Matamore, not only fixed our kitchen cabinets and drawers but let us know how to better maintain them.

We have used JW Home Improvements several times. The most recent time, was a pesky leak in the master bathroom. After getting an estimate from Josh Metz, I was felt that I was ready for anything. The crew from JW, Cesar and Jimmy came to the house, assessed the situation and got to work. The crew determined that they could make all the repairs in half the time. That had a really benefit to the budget. The whole time Darrick, the project coordinator, stayed on top of the progress and ensured that I was in the loop. By the time the JW was finished, there was no evidence that there had ever been leak! Everything looked great!!! Whenever we have home repair, cleaning or remodeling, JW is our first call.

Great from start to finish… Josh got us an estimate quickly; Weldon coordinated efficiently; and Thomas’ work was terrific!

This was the fourth time, at least, that I hired JW to do work that was beyond my abilities. The technicians got the job done, arrived when expected, and cleaned-up as they went along. Wonderful! Thank you Teddy and Melvin.

We were very pleased with the quality of work delivered on our project to repair our indoor stair railing. Over a period of two decades our cat had used the railing posts as a scratching post. We were concerned that the repair might not be esthetically pleasing without a full replacement. We were delighted that a pleasing and economical solution was delivered for this project in the promised timeframe. The assigned worker communicated well, offered options and delivered beyond our expectations.

The entire process from scheduling the estimate to getting the work performed was always customer focused. Everyone was on time, polite, professional and complete. Thomas and William, who did the work on the house, were amazing. They communicated their plans and progress and left the space cleaner than when they started. I would recommend JW Home Improvement!

I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the commitment to delivering exemplary service. As an example, I was having a bathroom tub re-caulked. After they did it, the technician (Ben) said he didn't think the color of the standard caulk looked good, he checked in with me about it, and redid it the next day. One aspect of the project also ended up taking longer than expected and they couldn't get it done in the projected timeframe, but Ben and Marcos made sure that they were there first thing the following day to make sure it got done and I didn't have to wait weeks to get back on the schedule. They also said at the beginning that they'll leave everything as clean a they found it. I've heard that from contractors before, but this was the first time it was actually true! I couldn't have been happier with the quality of the work.

Cesar and Richard did an excellent job on the repairs to the walls in my main bathroom and a bedroom. They painted the ceiling, walls and the trim. They also were able to better secure the plumbing access panel with magnets and a handle, so it stays firmly in place and looks much better. They also replaced the bathroom fan and caulked the tub (which was not part of the original scope of work). They were punctual and worked hard to finish the repairs within the time that Josh estimated. Overall, a great experience.

Pedro Yac and Kent Morrison did drywall, painted the entire condo, replaced light fixtures, removed old appliances and did a great job of it all. Fernando was the estimator and remained accessible and engaged throughout. Weldon Harris wore several hats in the office, and was the go-between when I needed answers. He was knowledgeable, helpful and timely. A great team all around.

They were everything we wanted. They quickly re-assessed and sent out the workman the next day who finished what we were looking to have. Over all it's an organization who wants to please.

Had a great experience doing a bunch of jobs around the house that we had put off for too long. Thomas and another gentleman whose name i forget came for a couple days and they did a wide range of things we had asked them to do- fixing two doors that haddnt worked, replacing and painting boards on our porch, fixing a handrail, etc etc. While they were here they noticed a section of shingles were coming down and they were able to fix that quickly. They did it all very professionally, swiftly, and good quality and humor. It feels like a new house - i wish we had them come sooner! We're definitely going to have them do more work in the future.

The bathroom remodel went very smoothly and we are very happy with the results. Our tech, Abdias V., was easy to work with and really knew his business.

Melvin Torres and Teddale Carr from JW Home Improvement knocked this project out of the ballpark! They did a great job and I highly recommend their company and them!

The technicians Cesar D. and Hanan O were outstanding. They were here on time day and provided an update at the end of each day. They were very knowledge and I am extremely happy with the work performed. An additional technician was later sent out Tony G. who was outstanding as well.

Our Project went extremely well. The Project Lead (Jose R) and Tony did exceptional work. They completed several of the efforts ahead of schedule and continuously provided insightful suggestions for a better overall outcome. We couldn't be happier with the result!

JW Home Improvement has an outstanding staff. From the beginning to the end of my project, they kept me informed of everything that was taking place. They were also very accommodating when updates were made to the original project. Pedro and Christian did all of the actual work. They were very punctual, efficient and respectable. I will specifically request them for my next project and highly recommend them to everyone needing any type of home improvement done.

Jose and Pedro did great work, finished quickly, and were very professional. Josh (salesperson) and Shontaya (project manager) were a pleasure to deal with.

Great communication and showed up on time, did a perfect job, no surprises. I have used other handyman services but JW has been the best by far.

L. Fernando Rivera, a Project Consultant, came out to give us an estimate and he spent all the time we needed on a long list of a variety of projects in our new condo. He had amazing patience for all the different tasks involved. We've used JW Home Improvement previously at a prior home, and we've always been satisfied with their work.

Everyone I dealt with at JW was professional and knowledgeable. My technician Melvin was excellent: skilled, efficient, attentive to detail and courteous. He even cleaned up! I will definitely call JW again. Thank you!
