Was told that they were busy. Could have least called to let me know that they would be late. Also told me that it would be about 30mins to get here. Couldn't wait around when the job would have taken an hour if they were here on time. Had other plans. So went with a different company. If you run a business and your running late it would be nice to get a call...no customer service skills at all!!!"
