This penalty was not explained to me when I agreed to hire EDGE to rid my yard of Hobo spiders. EDGE also raised their price from the $60 range to over $100 per application without notification. The actual yard workers were civil and nice, but the phone contact people were foggy and dismissive about any problems. I don't like to complain, but the ridiculous termination charges finally pushed me over the EDGE."

"I was supposed to have gravel placed in front yard, it never happened until I complained and then his workers brought out twenty dollars worth of gravel and put it randomly, and they left a huge pile of dead leaves in my front yard, did not do the curbing as originally planned and deven lied and said he did it how it was originally planned. I paid too much for what I got and was treated rudely by deven, all his workers were very nice though. The project turned out ok but I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully by any contractor so I can’t recommend this business."
