They were late, which wasn't that much of a deal but I could not be here for the outside spray. They talked me into buying a "premium" service that sounded like it was going to be better than what any one else does, a "super" flush getting the eaves, inside the walls, etc but it was the same spray as the regular service the neighbor received for $60 cheaper. I paid for a regular service for them to come back 3 times for $99, which is a regular service plus the super flush, which was nothing more than a regular spray. Go figure.

Great service and very professional! I haven't seen an ant today and that is a big deal!! Very happy with the service and communication. Plus its pet and kid friendly and that is great!!

So far, no change. Haven't seen a single dead bug. I know they're here. Maybe tomorrow.
Description of Work: Arrived early. Inside, outside, promised to be done. I specifically asked for them NOT to come if it was a windy day. It was windy. But they come and done their job and was very nice and accommodating. The agents had differing opinions on whether or not the product would kill earwigs. The salesman said yes; one agent said yes; the other said no. Does it? Right now they're our worst pest.

That is actually a really good thing that you're not seeing any dead bugs. It's the same as going to the dentist for a cleaning. We are not really going to the dentist so that they can polish our teeth; we are really going to the dentist because they are checking for cavities. And if we go for the cleaning, and the dentist finds no cavities, then did the dentist really do his job well? Yes. Same goes for Avani Pest Control. If the Service Pro services your home and you don't find any dead bugs, Did the Service Pro really do his job? Yes. This means that you are very fortunate to be playing offense instead of defense. I wouldn't hire another company. Avani was the best I've ever seen. WOW! The service pro was very thorough, professional and polite, and I felt like he cared about what he was doing. He explained that the ants would die in a few hours, but when he left, I went to the backyard to check on what he did and it was an ant graveyard. All the ants were dead, and I haven't seen a single ant since. He also sprayed my home and swept my eaves which I have never seen another pest control company do. Ever! I highly recommend this company!!!
