+ -1 moreThis is the first time I used them and it appears they did a good job. I thought they were very reasonable. I chose them because the first time users discount is reflected in the cost and that allowed me to observe their application methods. I’m looking for a long term provider and I felt that was critical. So they allowed me to have a rather extensive service at a very minimal cost. I had accomplished my goal of which was to be able to evaluate the application, and at this point consider them for a future longer term arrangement. They were very cordial and professional. This type of service has long term consequences as to its effectiveness. The application was good, whether or not the bugs are dead. It does not matter.
Description of Work: I’m currently using Morgan Pest Control.

+ -1 moreNo show for first appt., the appt was made for last friday but no show. We rescheduled for following tuesday at 9:00, no show again. I called at 12:30 to ask why they did not show. The lady who answered said they had us down for 1-4pm. Impossible because we would not be home at that time and that is why we had scheduled for 9 am. The lady was very rude, never apologized, and never tried to reschedule or make things right. She was just like, and quot;okand quot;. I hung up. Don't waste your time with these people. I went to Home Depot and bought my own organic spray for the inside the house and regular bug spray for outside the house.
Description of Work: Nothing. They were a no show twice. Rude customer service.

We have had several different service technicians come to our home, and each and every one of them was professional and friendly. We are very pleased with the service and results from Morgan, and we would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable pest control.
Description of Work: Morgan Termite and Pest Control always calls us the day before we are scheduled for spraying to confirm the date and time. The technician comes to our house, and if we are home, he will spray the inside of our house per our request. If we are not home, he always will treat the outside of the house.
