"6 years after our original level 4 roof install we started to upgrade the paint scheme of the house. We started to remove the gutters so the fascia could be painted and behold we discovered that Brennan installed the drip edge on top of the felt instead of directly on the roofing plywood! Now we have to get a contractor out here to repair over 200 linear feet of drip edge and roofing before we can paint and rehang the gutters!!"

"Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. "Becca arrived much later than the one hour window we were given of 2pm-3pm...arrived about 4:30pm...but since she was able to repair the blinds to the extent we needed...they were jammed and my dad just wanted to be able to have them unjammed and to be able to open and close them again and Becca achieved that...we will overlook the lateness and give 5 stars. She also measured and showed us samples and quoted us a price if my dad decides to replace them in future. The current blinds are old metal ones that were installed at least 40 years ago. So, all in all, we are satisfied and will call on Bloomin' Blinds again for future needs. Thank you!"
