Becca arrived much later than the one hour window we were given of 2pm-3pm...arrived about 4:30pm...but since she was able to repair the blinds to the extent we needed...they were jammed and my dad just wanted to be able to have them unjammed and to be able to open and close them again and Becca achieved that...we will overlook the lateness and give 5 stars. She also measured and showed us samples and quoted us a price if my dad decides to replace them in future. The current blinds are old metal ones that were installed at least 40 years ago. So, all in all, we are satisfied and will call on Bloomin' Blinds again for future needs. Thank you!

Highly professional with texts not only confirming the appointment day and time but also allowing tracking when Becca would arrive. She is exceptionally experienced and efficient at installing blinds and shades. I was highly pleased with the installation of my 11 shades. I highly recommend her and Bloomin Blinds East Dallas.

Becca was terrific! She replaced the blind slats and restrung in no time. Measured for the new blind and was able to install the next day after it had been delivered. I would definitely recommend.

wrong length was ordered; I was charged only the cost of the difference and sent new blinds. I donated the originals to a charity and everyone prospered!!!

Did not have one of the services. Misunderstanding caused overcharge. Tried to leave messages No answer. The man doing the work was very nice but had not been told what he was to do and did not have what he needed.
