"Having just moved to the area I was looking for someone who would do a lot of different projects . Tim Tru Construction was the right guy to call . Courteous and reliable . They poured a concrete pad for my storage building and trimmed it with flagstone . He provided the flagstone free of charge . It looks so good ! They replaced the majority of my deck , and painted that and my metal pergola. They painted trim on the front of my home And did an excellent job on all the projects . I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone needing help !"

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
