This company was the first to respond to my request for a quote to repair and replace my patio roof. Robert, the owner, stayed in contact and provided knowledgeable insight into the project. It was competed well and y timely and they cleaned up afterwards .

All of the above, Robert and his crew put a roof on my house almost three years ago, work finished in a timely manner, happy with pricing and the quality of work performed. Cleanup was immaculate. Also he repaired a leak in front flower bed about a month ago which another contractor claimed to fix but still had the leak. Robert and his helper repaired and no more leak!! We needed a quick temporary roof structure and emergency tarp over our house after a fire to help seal up the house from further rain damage. Kodiak's team came in and got it framed and covered over when others couldn't. They were safety minded first and carefully assessed the damage and the work needed and got the house secured. It was a tough job to do and they got it done. Thanks!
