Quick Professional work ethic! Great Job!

Betancourt Unlimited did an amazing job with the stucco on our business. We got a few estimates before proceeding with them. They stuck out because of their knowledge and experience, and they definitely delivered on that as our stucco looks amazing. They pay attention to detail and communicated every step of the way. In the end I can see they were the absolute best value and we could not be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend!

Carlos did a great job repairing a small area of stucco and takes pride in his work. He was on time and clearly communicated when he had to reschedule. His price was excellent and I'd hire him again when/if more stucco work needs to be done. He's cheerful and friendly and seems like a good guy in general.

Angi/Home Advisor requires a review before they get involved. I gave Carlos 7 weeks to resolve this before writing a review. The job started with not matching the color. It turned out much darker than the foam trim Carlos was to match. Instead of correcting the color, he put stucco over the foam so it would match so both the stucco and foam were darker stating it will lighten with the sun. That was the first red flag. It rained several days during the process and Betancourt did not cover the stucco to protect it. Betancourt also did not adhere to the proper curing time between layers rushing the job. Stucco was left all over the landscaping and trim, roof, and gutters. Instead of covering the landscape rocks, they just removed most of the damaged landscape rocks but never replaced them. A few weeks after the job was complete the stucco began to fail after a few rains. Blistering, cracks, debris etc began to show. It looks horrible and we have been postponed multiple times more than 7 WEEKS since we brought this to his attention. We have contacted Angi/Home Advisor and our bank to get involved now that our patience has run out.

I needed stucco on a room addition to match the rest of the house. Carlos Betancourt is very experienced and has a professional work ethic including integrity, honesty, and pride in his work. He came to my home to evaluate the job, emailed an estimate the same day, and started working the very next day. I am completely satisfied with his work and am amazed at how the new stucco matches the much older stucco. He is a master of his craft. I highly recommend him!

The Owner, Carlos, is a smooth talker. He makes it sound like he cares about his business and customer, until he is the sole guy working on your house, gives broken promises, disrespects a lady and does not answer her on every professional occasion, says he has a crew but then does not deliver on that, can not put two and two together and see that continuously asking your Owner (Payer) for money is a red flag! Payment is only made when a sufficient amount of work is done! Would anyone here be okay with potentially (large chance) Carlos getting 75% of your money for the project, when he is only completed 25% of the house??? If you say no to him he treats you badly and leaves the job all together! RUN from this guy and this business!

Very easy to work with

Incredibly responsive and conscientious about his work. Carlos went over and above to repair the stucco and seal a leak that was allowing rain water to pour into my house. Two large rains later...completely dry. He arrived on time... and stayed late to get the job done! I would recommend him to anyone needing stucco work. His repair looks like. Nothing ever happened! 5 stars all the way!

Contacted Betancourt to have some stucco repaired. They did a wonderful job cleaning up some previous patch work done by the last owners and making the house look much better, Vey responsive to call and text and did speedy, excellent work!
