Last year I had $2000.00 in work done to my walls and ceilings. New taping and bedding and texturing and finally painting the affected areas. After the work was completed at the time, there were problems. But in all fairness the team got back out and made the necessary corrections. However, I have discovered a significant crack in one of the areas had developed. Called the firm and reported the problem. Haven’t heard anything about rectifying the issue as yet. Very discouraging. My guess is there are other options for work on your homes. This firm is very, very expensive and the work is barely acceptable. I expected better.

SUMMARY: An average paint job at an average price via a somewhat untidy process. DETAILS: The job took two days plus three follow-ups. All surfaces were power-washed. (Power-washing caused some minor splintering of fence boards.) Deteriorated and damaged wood was replaced. Caulking was done. Painting was done via brush, roller, or sprayer depending on the area. After the work was done some problems were noted on the first walkthrough. Touch-up was done on first re-visit, but not every problem was addressed. One item in particular was a flag holder that was supposed to be removed and discarded before painting. This was still not dealt with after the first re-visit, so we removed it ourselves. A second re-visit was required for more touch-up. Another examination found a few more problem spots (like a protruding nail being painted over without having been either pounded in or removed) which required a third re-visit. Over several days after the job was done we found balls of tape in the landscaping, cigarette butts in the lawn, and paint spatters on plants, on the back patio, on the driveway all across the front of the garage door, and on the brick in a few places. The paint job looks fine from the street but under close scrutiny we think a better job could have been done, especially in the prepping of surfaces. COMMUNICATION: Communication with the estimator, the job manager, and the main office was easy. The office kept us continually informed about scheduling until the job started. Communicating with the workers was problematic as they did not really speak English.

Had Phillips Painting out to bid our house for exterior paint and some wood rot / carpentry repairs. The price (ask for discounts) was where I needed it to be. Once I chose them it was about 3 to 4 weeks till they did the work. They call you every week and let you know where you are scheduled. They stuck to their schedule and showed up on time they day they said they would. They were amazingly fast (repairs and paint) completing the job in 2 days with a couple hours for touch up. The house looks great, they cleaned up after themselves (did not leave a mess at all), had a great attitude even when we pointed out touch-up areas. They were great to work with and I will use them again for the inside of the house. Thank you for doing a great job!

Excellent. Did everything they said they would do. Double checked the work to make sure they didn’t miss anything. Very professional. I highly recommend.

Phillips responded in a timely manner, saying they would send an estimate. I didn’t receive an estimate and went with A-1 Aluminum.

They over booked the first estimate interview. Will have to reschedule for later date.

Sara was rude on the phone. Would not listen when I was explaining the work that needed to be done. Had to repeat several times. If they treat you like this before you hire them imagine what it going to be after.

Professionally competed work & easy to work w/ personnel, but at a higher cost when to compared w/ others

I requested a quote for an exterior paint on a rental property I own in Denton, TX. I was told they could not give me a quote without meeting with me! I live in Arizona folks!

Fast to respond, scheduled quickly, performed work well and with no issues.

All costs were clearly explained before the job began. The work crew showed up on time on the scheduled day and finished the roof replacement in one day. Paperwork for reimbursement my home insurance became a bit tangled up, but was straightened out with minimal hassle. All in all, I am very satisfied with the work.

Representative was mostly interested in upselling. Bid was outrageous.

I never had the opportunity to use the company to repair the leak. Thomas went to our home in Denton to inspect roof, found a leak, sent us pictures and a video, said he would send us an estimate for the repair. I had to reach out to the company at least 4 times asking if they were going to send the estimate with the intention of using the company for the repair. Each time they assured me they would have someone get back in touch with me. I have never tried so hard to give business to a company. I was so disappointed especially since there was no reason not to get back in touch with me. I spent over a month trying to get someone to call me back. Unprofessional and disrespectful

I only wanted an estimate. I was told I would need to set aside an hour or hour and a half. I work out of town and did not have time what little I am home to spend a couple of hours what could easily be done and emailed to me. At that point I could get back with any questions or clarification I may have needed. Even when I tried to explain the situation they were not willing to work with me. There are plenty of other reputable roofing companies around that I'm sure want my business and would be able to accommodate my situation. I did not give them my business nor will I recommend or give them any future business.

Excellent. Very good service, very good pricing. Excellent service. They didn't have to do all of the gutters; just a portion. They're very transparent about their quotes, and they were on time and did a good job.

Ryan was our roofing coordinator and Byron was our painting coordinator. Both were responsive and kept us informed of timing and process. Actual workers were respectful of our property and availability. Couldn't be happier.
