He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. And Tech had no handles on the truck 2) Estimate included requirement for 3-foot workspace inside door and under rails ("C" shaped clear space). The installer demanded 4-foot space at door and would not proceed without $175 added fee. He AND I then cleared the space in under 5-minutes. -- That's over $2100 an hour for his effort. A bit extreme. Estimator should be better informed."
