We had our roof replaced along with having our existing solar panels (38) removed and reinstalled. It was very convenient to have one company that could do it all. In addition they were able to replace my old vinyl siding with hardiplank as well as fix the interior water damage to my sheetrock. Everything was completed professionally and at a cost that was competitive with other companies. Whenever I had a concern with my project, Sylvia was able to get it resolved quickly. I couldn't be happier with how this project came out. I was also impressed with the lifetime warranty on the singles and labor!

This is a great company that stands by their work. I had my roof done and it was done the same day! The crew worked efficiently and although it was messy, they did a great job cleaning up. I upgraded to the HDZ shingle which helped get a discount with my insurance. It is definitely worth it knowing I have a premium roof. I also had a repair on my siding done and it is seamless and can't even tell it was repaired. Thank you!

The entire experience was great, the sales team to the production managers and crew, they were so nice and helpful and explained the entire process beginning to end. I would recommend them for any type of home service, infact, I had them back out over a year later to provide insulation in .y attic space to save even more on my energy bills. Definitely worth a visit form these fine folks, the workmanship is stellar and the service is beyond any of my expectations, highly recommended!!

Sustainable KW, LLC came out to one of my rental properties and gave a honest evaluation of the condition, and found other areas of concern with the facia, sofit and siding. The sales rep was informed, educated and gave a prompt estimate for all repairs. Once the contract was signed, the office staff took over and the job progress moved steadily to completion within a few weeks from signed comtract. Hats off to Sylvia, Tatiana and the office admin team for a smooth procees and completion.

My beautiful brown sustainable roof is the best one I've had on my home, gazebo and shed. The Mexican men worked in 108° weather, 8 hours, and for 4 days straight. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and cleaned up before they left. The contract manager, Ms. Sylvia, contacted me everyday. Mr. Scott, took care of the insurance company, got every dime to cover my roof repairs. Lowes, by way of Substinable roofing & solar is the way to go. Thanks so much for taking care of my roofs.
