We had Energy Home Pros come out to quote us for a total home window replacement at my mom's house. They quoted her around $30K and the guy even "haggled" with his manager over the phone to get a couple thousand discounted off of this. They said they would email the quote over. I followed up a few times to get this emailed quote to see for myself what they were trying to sell my mom for that much money. After many messages to them for the quote to be sent over, they have not responded at all. I am guessing the sales person realized that the quote would go to someone else for scrutiny and he could not trick my mother into this sale easily. Major predatory behavior. Watch out, folks. BTW, two other extremely well rated companies quoted us around $11K for total home window replacement.

I did not hire them because I felt that they were dishonest in their prices. They pressure you to make a decision right then and there by saying they will give you a discount. He then called his boss and was like "she understands that she is getting a great product, and that it is guaranteed, but she is concerned about..." He went into a spiel which was just a way to try to convince me to go with his company. He was worse than a used car salesman. Stay away from this company. The window they sale is a good brand, but that was the only choice we were given even though they had more on their website.

They supplied new double paned windows that were cat 4 hurricane rated. The windows were tinted and can be cleaned from the inside, both top and bottom. Instillation was done very professionally. They kept us informed of how and what they were doing. The old windows were removed carefully so there would be no damage to the casing. The new windows installation went without a problem. The window openings had been measured prior, so when they were installed they fit perfectly. The space between the casing and the windows were filled with expanding foam. All of the windows were caulked, inside and out. When they finished, the clean-up was quick and efficient. The house looked great, as if nothing had been done except we had new windows on the house.

A wonderful experience with Energy Home Pros. the salesman was very clear in explaining everything and the work crew did the job in less time than originally scheduled. The also cleaned up everything, put back the blinds and also had us inspect the work and demonstrated the window operation.

Salesman took my paperwork then submitted a different price sheet, workers did half *** work and had to come back out 4 times. Still didn’t finish what the job was. Was canceled on and rescheduled on different dates then what was given. All in all a horrible company. Then shortchanged me on the door installation I paid for.

After quite a bit of research and many estimates we chose Energy Home Pros to replace all the windows in our home. His in depth descriptions of the product, the warranty & backing by Energy Home Pro assisted us with making an informed decision to go forward. We are greatly appreciative of Mr. Trel's patientence and helpfulness thru the process. He went to great lengths to ensure we were completely satisfied from beginning to end. The installation crew led by Mr. Saul, was very punctual and courteous and took great care to ensure that both the completion timeline and quality of the installation met our expectations. We were kept fully informed throughout the process and highly recommend theprofessional Energy Home Pro team to anyone looking to make a timeless investment in their home. Our new energy efficent double hung windows are definitely one of the best updates to our home to date!

Scheduled a home energy assessment and the technician was a no-show. I called the person I booked the assessment with. He indicated he had written the wrong date down for the assessment and asked if we could do it the following week. I agreed. Again, a no-show. I left messages for the scheduler and at the main office line. No one returned my calls. Rearranged my schedule on two different days to accommodate this company. Disappointing lack of professionalism.

I initially gave this company a bad review due to a call, No show. Melissa from scheduling called me on Monday to do some follow up and told them no one came, she apologized profusely and we rescheduled for today Frank Bamford the VP from the company personally came out to give us a quote and apologize for the inconvenience. I have to say im very impressed. Frank was punctual and gave us a quote my husband and I are. Seriously thinking it over. Thank you Energy Home Pros for coming out and making things right, this is why I wanted to make a change in my previous rating.

I wasn't as impressed with them as I was with the other two I saw. I would not use them. He did his appraisal to match exactly what we had here on the house. Which is bronze with the grid. He was supposed to rework it with the almond color and no grid and he never did. He never bothered to call back.

After boxing out time in our schedule for an estimate, they failed to show. Twice. The first day, they moved me back an hour, then called to say they wouldn't make it. The second time, they did not show up at the scheduled time and claimed they had the wrong number when trying to reach me, even though they called to cancel just two days prior. After bumping me 2 hours beyond the scheduled time, they did not call or show up. At least they were courteous when I called to complain, but nonetheless, I will not attempt to hire them again nor will I recommend them to my military community.

Went perfect. The guys explained what they were going to do and answered all my questions. They also cleaned up after themselves!

We are very pleased with our experience with this company. They were very professional, explained everything, and they were very prompt and courteous.

All went well, beyond my expectation.
