This was a bit of a rush job since my old water heater quit working correctly and my sister was coming to visit. The 2 men were walking around wasting time, pretending to look for parts such as door handles which were right in front of them in the box. This is deceptive, false advertising, and will be reported to the BBB. They didn’t even get my confirmation/approval for additional hours or work! I will NEVER use their services again. Duped!"
