Chris & Sam were an amazing team. They were right on time and got the work done very quickly and efficiently. They went the extra mile to answer our many questions and trained us on using our thermostats. They answered our inquiries re options on future expansion of our system. They made sure we knew how to properly use our system to optimize its capabilities. We are seniors, and not techies at all. They explained our 3-zone system to us in terms we could understand and even installed an app on our phones to remotely control our thermostats. Chris was so patient with us. What a great experience.

The job was done efficiently and competently. I've signed up for a service plan. Time will tell whether it is worth the money, as there is not really much done in servicing a working AC/heating system.

They correctly resized and replaced our air ducts and installed a Reme Halo. I inspected the work they did and was very impressed with their work. Products: Trane dealer, Legacy was incredibly competitive on their pricing, and Trane is a solid product. Their SEER 16 is only slightly more than their 14 SEER, and NBU (New Braunfels Utility) offers a rebate on the SEER 16 through July 31, 2018 (often these renew, just check the website, click Rebates). Legacy made sure I had all the necessary paperwork to file for the rebate, with their part filled in, and handed it to me on the day of my install. Efficiency at its best! If you like tech, the standard touchscreen programable thermostat will connect to your cell phone after installing a free app, enabling remote access to adjust your home temperature while you are away. The device also gives you all kinds of information, even a weather forecast! And the thermostat is intuitive and easy to use.

Called yesterday evening, made appointment for the next day in the afternoon. Frank called when he was on the way, arrived on time and was friendly and professional, Service took about an hour. Would highly recommend, would call again if need be.

He discovered a skunk had gotten I into my attic and chewed a wire. He didn't freak out. Just reconnected the wire and everything was good to go (except for the skunk smell in my house which we're working on. He was very professional and pleasant to work with.

Chad was awesome. Explained what was going on each step of the way, making suggestions and helping me understand the options. He also ensured I knew what to look for if something came up after he left. Outstanding service!

We called them and they had somebody out there that night. It was 8:30 at night when he got there so we had an estimate that today. The manager called me to get a decision. They were professional and helpful. It was great. It was the best and it was significant. They were really fast and they went for extra miles.

I heard from this company on the KM Remodeling show on 1200 WOAI in San Antonio. Since KM is such a reputable builder, I thought I would use this company. I was VERY impressed. Quick, timely service, and at a GREAT price. I hope not to have anymore A/C problems, but if I do, this is definitely the company I will use.
