Charles came out same day and quickly addressed the problem. The price was great, and he was very patient explaining different things. I highly recommend A-Plus.

Highly professional team from start to finish. They called within an hour of me putting in my request, and were able to squeeze me in the very next day. They didn’t have a weekend up charge for the trip fee like others. Charles arrived right when he was scheduled, quickly diagnosed, was extremely thorough on educating about the problem, and gave us very fair pricing on the work and completed it the same morning. Will absolutely use them again.

I have been using this company for about two year for twice yearly checkups. Angle is good about explaining the system and what he is doing. It was time to replace my awesome American Standard with a Carrier AC & gas furnace. They kept to the quote we both agreed on. Installed in one day; techs were professional ( very open to my questions) and left a very clean area. I would recommend this company if asked and will continue to do twice yearly maintenance

I love A-Plus and gave recommended them to my family. We have them come out every 6mo for routine work and most recently for a repair. Our tech was so helpful and explained everything as he went. AND he even vacuumed up the insulation that fell out from the attic. They are great!

Came out next morning. Diagnosed problem and repaired. Fast and easy. Communication was good.

STEPHANIE IS FANTASTIC!!! My needs are small and out of scope for A-plus but that’s not the end of this story. Before calling me to say so, Stephanie researched other businesses that might be a better match. When she called to say A-plus can’t work with me, she also had name and phone # of company she’d ALREADY CALLED HERSELF to confirm my needs are in their scope of services. Who does that??? My only regret is that I don’t currently have need for A-plus’s services but you can be sure they’re top of the list for future need. Stephanie is a true gem!!

The handyman, Chris, was very good. My problem was with the "bait-and-switch" they pulled on me regarding price. When I engaged them, they quoted $129 for the first two hours, and $60 for any remaining hours. They also promised two handymen to get the job done more quickly, and promised to pro-rate the last hour if needed. They sent ONE handyman, who understandably took four hours to complete the project. The customer rep claimed to have called me beforehand to tell me they were only sending one person, but that call never happened. I ended up paying $300 for a job that probably would have taken a little over two hours. Had I known beforehand, I would surely have engaged another company's service. Receiving my complaint, the manager of the service agreed to refund $25. Big deal. I will never use nor recommend this company to anyone. Again, the handyman did a very good job, and was very amiable.

Our new A/C was making a loud rattling/rumbling noise when we started it up this year, like a washing machine out of balance. I found A-Plus Air Conditioning based on reviews here and on the Lennox website. I called A-Plus and one other company on Thursday morning. The competitor was not able to fit me in the schedule until Monday. David at A-Plus called back within an hour and scheduled me for Friday morning. We had a mixup on the telephone number, but when I called Friday as my initial window was ending, David called back and placed me in the queue within an hour. Jeremy arrived with a smile and pleasant demeanor. He opened up the air handler and quickly found the cause of the rattling. A small plastic wrapper was the culprit. Jeremy tested the system with just the fan and then the A/C and the noise was gone. No muss, no fuss. Quality work! Will call A-Plus for future preventative maintenance. Thank you for your prompt help!

All work was done efficiently and with quality. The company was very responsive to requests for minor touch ups and to requests for additional small projects.

Have not heard back from them. They were great in the past, but I am moving on. Seems not right to me to rate work that was never performed, thus the 'C'.

Kevin did a great job! Finished in a reasonable time frame and the price was very fair. I will be hiring the company/Kevin again.

Dana did a fine speedy job. He purchased all the materials to seal my home and finished within the 2 hour quoted time. I am satisfied with the work and happy to have it done right away.

Superb job! Everything was well done. The handyman understood exactly what I needed and finished all three jobs in under 4 hours. (I was expecting to pay for an additional hour or two.) After four months, everything is holding up perfectly.

A -plus home solutions has become my one stop shop for remodeling, repair, and air conditioning services at my home as well as my rental property. I have always been able to have work started promptly and completed in a timely manner. Staff is easy to work with from top to bottom and when I say bottom I mean check on the firm booties in these boys. My wife and I are repeat customers and suggest them to all our friends.

A-Plus is the one I always call for all my home solution needs. And Kevin is the star!!! I will even go so far as to work my schedule to fit Kevin's schedule just so I can have him, but the rest of the crew at A-Plus are all excellent too. And I really appreciate the A-Plus office calling to let me know that they are on there way. Being 71 years young (hee, hee) and disabled I really need a company I can depend upon, that's why I always call on A-Plus. Needless to say, I highly recommend A-Plus for all of your energy, air conditioning, and home solution needs.

I had the worst customer experience with this company! I know it could be unfair to judge a company just by one technician's service. But I told A+ I was not happy with their technician, and their response was like they do not really care if I am happy or not. If I do not want to use their service, it is fine for them. I never seen such an arrogant service company... Here is what happened: I found my house A/C cannot cool below 80 degree. When the A+ technician came, he only used 15 minutes for inspection and diagnostics. Note that I paid $76 for the 15-minute inspection and diagnostics. The technician told me that my A/C was low on refrigerant and had some leakage issue, he can add the refrigerant but would not be able to test the refrigerant leakage, as the device happened to run out of battery (sign of bad management in this company) . He said he would ask the office to call me later to schedule a separate appointment for leakage test. Needless to say, they never called me. Three weeks later, I called them, wanting to schedule an appointment for leakage test, and found they wanted to charge me extra money （around $50）just for returning service call!!! I argued it was not fair to me as the device went out of battery that day, not my fault. The person on the call (David) started to blame me that the technician said he waited at least 15 minutes for me to finish my call before he started any inspection on that day, and they were really busy, they cannot accept that I wasted their time! I told David that the technician was lying to him, as I was on the phone for only 5 minutes and even during the call, I pointed him to the indoor A/C unit so that he could start the inspection work. He only spent 15 mins in the inspection. I told David that my house has the RING video door bell system, and I can show him the video proof that the technician only stayed in my house for 20 mins for all of his work. But David did not believe me. He even did not say one word of sorry. So even if later on they waived the returning service call for me, I rejected their service. How can I trust a company whose manager would start with blaming clients for wasting their time and blindly defending their staff? One month later, my A/C stopped working again. I hired another company, and now I know what a good customer service is. Compared to A+, this company really cares about clients! They spent almost one hour for the complete inspection. And after they fixed the A/C problem, they checked every A/C vent to make sure that every vent is blowing cool air. I remember after the A+ technician added the refrigerant, he only checked a couple of vents in the kitchen and he is done. I believe A+ might have good technicians too! But I would stay away from this company forever!!

I paid for a maintenance plan, scheduled services, and the technician never showed up to the appointment. I called in and was told he had overslept and that he would be at my house shortly. 45 minutes later I call and they swear he's 2 minutes away. 10 minutes later I call and they tell me his GPS sent him the wrong way. 15 minutes after that I call and ask for another technician and if there are any other services already scheduled. They tell me they don't know and they'd have to look it up, and I tell them to forget it. 15 minutes later I call asking where the technician is and they tell me they've canceled the service call at my request. I ask for a refund and they tell me "We'll see". Their location is a 1/4 mile from my house. These people are clearly the worst and should be avoided at all costs.
