"On February 2nd we had a freeze all across Connecticut, our pipes bursted in 6 different places. I called every restoration company in 3 different states, and nobody had any openings for at least a month. Everyone was so overbooked because of the freeze. I remembered a company I've heard about, in San Antonio TX called canco restoration. I called and spoke to a man named Kenneth Barrett and asked if he would be able to help me. He told me he was more than willing to help us out! I called my insurance company USAA and got the go ahead for Canco to come out. The next day Kenneth, and his estimator flew out here to Connecticut. We got the estimation done, and that Saturday his whole team drove from san antonio TX to Connecticut. They were here for approximately 5 days, they worked fast and efficiently! The team did an incredible job with the water restoration and drying everything out. I couldn't of asked for a better company! CANCO is the best water restoration out here, hands down! The build back was incredible as well! My husband and I were able to be kept in the loop every step of the process! My house is 100% better than how it was before! The total cost of my restoration was 90,000. I feel truly blessed that Kenneth Barrett and his team could be of service all the way in Connecticut. If anyone needs water restoration work done, I absolutely believe CANCO is the best and only option!"

"I have a very dangerous situation with my foundation in the front of my house. I hired these guys to tell me how to tell a contractor to fix the problem. When they came out to inspect, I showed them the problem and they agreed, it was a real problem. Later, they send a report back that completely ignores the very real problem I have. Instead, telling me to fix the back of the house that is no problem at all. Trying to ask for further assistance, they said they did what I paid them for."

"I highly recommend these guys! We had a water leak in our kitchen cabinets that had been going on for some time and we didnt know about it. By the time we found out, alot of damage had been done. So we called OMG and wow, they came right out, removed the water damaged cabinets, salvaged and re-used the granite counters and even rebuilt or cabinets to match the existing. In fact, the new work looked so good, we had them paint the rest of the cabinets and now our Kitchen looks brand new! They also patiently worked with our insurance adjuster and were able to compromise on the scope of work so our claim was increased to accommodate the restoration work to our satisfaction. "Dustin was great to work with. He kept the budget as close as possible and he was very responsive to the few hiccups that happened along the way. We live within the city limits, so that required a lot of inspections, but they were handled in a timely manner. We gave him a pretty short timeline and he did his very best to keep it. One of the other bids we had for this project was twice what Dustin quoted. All in all, while it was stressful at times, as is any building project with all the things that have to be done, we are very happy with the result."
