We used Voda for the first time today, and absolutely will be using them again. Travis was right on time for the appointment (he actually was a bit early, and called to make sure he could come early -- very professional). He was very careful to wear shoe protection since our entrance is marble. He was very thorough and took very good care of our carpet, which sadly had become soiled due to our elderly pup. The carpet looked brand new when he was finished, and he made sure there were no lingering odors. We are absolutely thrilled with the service, and highly recommend Voda and Travis to anyone needing carpet cleaning with an emphasis on pet stains and odor.
