"Carl at Craftsman Connection LLC is the man to hire if you want the job done right the first time. I contacted him to do a bathroom remodel with a somewhat restrictive and tight time frame. He was able to accommodate all of my needs with no issues or delays. He is a true professional, a perfectionist and very trustworthy. Has been in the construction business for many years since he was young with his dad and is a building inspector so he knows what problems to look for and how they need to be fixed correctly. He does not typically work on multiple projects at the same time and will be there on time every day until your project is completed. I would encourage prospective clients to go online also and watch his very helpful and informative videos that he’s posted on YouTube. Also, don’t judge solely on price. As the saying goes…you get what you pay for. You’re going to come out ahead of the game by getting it done right the first time and avoiding hiring him after your previous contractor did crappy or slipshod work. Because my kitchen was so bad, my original estimate came in way above the cost for my home. They worked with me to get the cost down to a reasonable amount while maintaining an impressive result. "If you don’t want to deal with BS, Ted is your guy. He shows up and works hard. He does all the work himself, and he does a good job. The quality of his tile work is definitely expert level. His pricing is very transparent, as he provides an itemized list for everything he charges for. He’s just a real solid, old school type of guy that you can trust to do what he says he is going to do. He’s also very up front about anything that he doesn’t feel qualified to do. He keeps his job site clean and hauls off all the debris and waste. He’s very flexible and easy to work with. I messed up and bought the wrong kind of tile for the floor, but Ted worked with me to get it all straightened out. I would advise you to clear anything you are going to buy with your contractor first before you buy it. Overall, I highly recommend Ted."

"Haim and his crew exceeded expectations, stayed within budget, and got the job finished fast. After a broken water heater flooded half our house, we needed new floors and the walls, which had been “flood cut” two-feet up all around had to be repaired, replastered and repainted. Haim was very helpful, explaining the process and various options. He gave me good advice on why things we could do to make improvements without braking the bank. I also really appreciated how he found a way to fix the problem that had led to the flooding in the first place - devising a way to add a drain pipe where there was no obvious exit. His whole crew was hard working, dependable and great at their jobs. There was one section of drywall that was really difficult to patch as it received a lot of natural light and was right under a bright ceiling light, which tends to expose even the smallest flaw. Haim’s drywall expert worked on it over and over until it wasn’t noticeable at all. All in all, they went above and beyond painting several additional walls and doors for me just to make sure it all came together perfectly. The cost was very reasonable, in line with other quotes I received and in some cases less. I highly recommend GH. Give ‘me a call!"
