"On the recommendation of our realtor, we hired OnCall Home Services to remodel the kitchen in our new house. In our previous house, we were burned by a different contractor, so we were a bit nervous entering into this project. Turns out we had nothing to worry about! "BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! I was duped by this company! Told me the installation of my single front iron door would be $255/hr for 1 hr possible 2 hours for 2 people. This install was 7 hours for each person or 14 hours which cost me over $1300 to install 1 door. The door was already prehung. The 2 men were walking around wasting time, pretending to look for parts such as door handles which were right in front of them in the box. This is deceptive, false advertising, and will be reported to the BBB. They didn’t even get my confirmation/approval for additional hours or work! I will NEVER use their services again. Duped!"

"Alex Blaker and his team were referred to me by ADU small home sales person in Austin Tx. My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. Alex was cordial, easy to work with and genuinely cares about the work and level of craftsmanship that goes into the project. You will meet Dario and others on his team who are incredibly polite, clean, and efficient. Project was completed in a little over a week. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600. (Plug relocation, and dryer vent routing) Payment was made in 3 payments over the life of the project. I like this as it lets you see the project be started first. Alex kept me in the loop every day and came over in person to inspect, and recommend updates to the job. Happy to work with Alex and his team and look forward to working with them on future projects!"
