"You recently replaced the fence at XXXX Yale St. I am the neighbor at xxxx Yale St and a section of the fence you replaced is shared by both of us. I am disappointed in the quality of work you have done on the fence and gate between Mr Rao's house and mine. I am financially responsible for half of this shared area. So that makes me your customer too. You seem to have done a good job on his portion, but when it came to putting my gate and mosquito misting system back, you did a very haphazard and messy job. I believe the sign of good work is when the job is completed and cleaned up, I couldn't tell you had been there except for the new wood. However, my gate hinge was installed improperly so my gate only opened halfway. My misting system was half hanging off the replacement fence. And when I turned it on, it leaked and no longer worked. Also, my corner sprinkler head was damaged and improperly aligned to where it sprayed up into the air instead of out across the yard line it did previous to your work being done. I can't believe that you would have put the hinges back on my gate and not tested it. That seems like such amateur work for a professional gate/fence company. That would have been a simple fix if you had tested it. It took me all of 5 minutes to fix that. However, the misting system repair took me over an hour to fix. You broke the line in several places and replaced the broken lines with little tubing connectors that aren't appropriate for a high pressure misting system. I replaced one complete line and then found another that burst apart as I was testing it the system. So had to replace nearly 20 feet of line to correctly repair the system. Also, that part of my yard is all torn up with bits of hosing and screws laying around and only half of the brackets for the misting line reattached. (That seemed to be all the screws lying on the ground). As I said, I am financially responsible for half of that section and am very disappointed at how this has been handled. I was tired of waiting for you to come fix it and didn't think it would be done properly anyway from what I had seen, so I did it myself so I wouldn't have to worry about the integrity of the repair. Speaking of integrity... The integrity of your company and service HAS been proven to me however. And when I replace my back fence, I will NOT be using your services or referring you to anybody. When they asked who I used."
