Maid Envy

Maid Envy has been cleaning my house once a month for ~ one year. My experience has been very positive. Cindy is super helpful everytime I have questions, the ladies are very professional and my house is clean! The only time I had an issue with my sink garbage disposal following a cleaning, Cindy's husband came to fix it the same day! A++ overall.

We have hired Maid Envy for multiple one-off house cleaning. Cindy is super responsive and flexible with scheduling. Their crews are efficient, thorough and professional. We have tried some other services in the past, but once we discovered Maid Envy we haven't tried anyone else. We will continue calling on them for house cleaning.

No matter what, I'll highly recommend Maid Envy. They're the best.

Perfect, they've always been great.

It went very well. They sent 3 people and took about 4 hours to clean everything including the oven, baseboards, etc.

I've had some good experiences with maid services and I've has some bad. Always have just been referred by a friend of cleaning services. This is the first time I've looked for myself, and I'm so glad I did. Not only did they surpass my expectations they wowed me. Why you say? We'll...let me tell you. I come home in the middle of the cleaning and these ladies were getting it! One of them was actually cleaning my base boards. Yes, base boards. That's what I'm talking about! Upholstery on bed vacuumed, no more dust or lint under bed, and floor was looking immaculate. They go above and beyond. So glad I found them!

They came in and I showed them what I wanted done. They started right in and did a great job! They cleaned from the top to bottom, including the walls and corners of rooms.

The cleaning crew arrived on time and did a Great Job.

Called Maid Envy with less than a weeks notice to schedule a full-house cleaning for a move-out. They were able to schedule us on a Saturday, which we really needed, and even accommodated a last-minute change (called in Friday at 4pm) in their arrival time for the scheduled service. Had the same point-of-contact for the whole process and the cleaning team was very professional and got the job done.

My house is immaculate when I get home. The girls are very thorough and do exactly as I have asked. The house smells so clean and everything is in it's place and oh let me tell you about the awesome way they vacuum...I love it!! I don't know their secret but I cannot duplicate the perfect lines in the carpet...it's almost too pretty to walk on :) They are professional, courteous and trustworthy. That is so important to me because there is no better feeling than knowing you can trust people in your home when you're not there. As for the owners, Cindy and George are so accommodating and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the cleaning. They are a great team and provide an outstanding service. I highly recommend Maid Envy!

It went very well for a first time cleaning and new relationship

Wonderful! My house is sparkling like a new house. Three ladies came and worked as a team. They cleaned all the windows and blinds, cleaned all fans and light fixtures, vacuumed the carpets over and over until they were like new. They washed down all the cabinets in every room, were careful with my collectibles on my shelves when they picked them up to clean my many shelves in my living room, my kitchen appliances look like new and my tile floors, they make beds and will change them. Since I hadn’t had my house thoroughly cleaned since we moved in it took more hours and cost a bit more than the quote but so well the cost. I look to having them come again for a regular cleaning! Maid Envy did an excellent job cleaning my apartment before I moved out. I was so happy with the service that I now employ Maid Envy once a month to clean my new house. Very professional and timely.

They are very thorough. They send out a large team of cleaners. They're in and out. the house, like I said was very dirty. They cleaned it very well in a short amount of time. It took about 3 and half hours. I believe it was 3 or 4 cleaners.

They are punctual. They do a fairly good job in cleaning. I don’t think anyone can clean as well as you can clean your own house. There are just some things I do they don’t do. This is my second cleaning service. They did better than the ones before. I have had them for three years I think now.

I purchased a Big Deal. I love it! They're here every other week for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. They're always early. They do all the cleaning in the house. They vaccum, do the beds, and other general cleaning.

What started out to be a good experience with Maid Envy quickly turned lousy! To be clear, the people who actually came out to the house did a great job! The problem is dealing with Ms. U. I received an Invoice dated 07/05/2017, from Ms. U. indicating the cost of the cleaning would be $113.66. (The price included a coupon from Angies List) On 07/06/2017, I was charged an additional $75.78. I called Maid Envy, and spoke with Ms. U, who explained they (sometimes) have this problem with their Billing Dept. She said she would check into the extra charge, and get back with me later this same date. On 07/07/2017, I sent a follow-up email inquiring about the extra $75.00 charge. As of today, 07/10/2017, I still have not heard back from Ms. U; nor, have I received an explanation or refund. I also called this morning to inquire, and was sent to Maid Envy voicemail. Later this morning I received a call from Ms. U explaining my Invoice did not reveal the actual amount I was going to be charged!!??? She also explained this is not the way billing is normally done. --Just so happens, mine was.-- I JUST WANT TO INFORM PEOPLE/ANGIE MEMBERS TO BE AWARE OF (UNKNOWN) EXTRA CHARGES THEY MAY RECEIVE--AFTER AN INVOICE WITH A MISLEADING AMOUNT! Unfortunately, THE INVOICE THIS CUSTOMER RECEIVED WAS/IS TOTALLY MISLEADING!
