Excellent. Crew worked well together. It took them less than 8 hours to build 2 fences. Fences are the best I've ever seen.

It went well in the beginning when Andres came to my house to give me a quote to repair a portion of my fence damaged by Hurricane Beryl; as well as replace another section of my fence to match the repaired portion. That was July 27. I received his quote the same day but asked for a 2nd quote to use red cedar pickets instead of pine pickets in his original quote. I received the 2nd quote on the 30th and accepted it the same day. The total quote was reasonable, just over $5K. Andres thought he could do the job the second or third week of August. On Aug. 6 I texted Andres to let him know I would be out of town Aug. 12-16 and see if he could start sometime between Aug. 19-24. He informed me he could start the job either Aug. 17 or 19. I called on Monday the 19th leaving a voicemail asking about his status. Andres called back saying he was having problems with his fence supplier (Home Depot) because they did not get the order correct for my job that he had placed the previous Friday. After a few more phone calls he thought he could resolve the problem with HD and start the job either Thursday, the 22nd, or Friday the 23rd. I called and left voicemails Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (21st-23rd) to find out Andres's status but received no callbacks. I called Andres again on the 24th at 9 am and left another voicemail... again, no response. I finally called him later in the afternoon to tell him I had to move on with another contractor since I never heard back and had to assume he wasn't ever going to call or show up. I can understand and appreciate when contractors have problems with their suppliers or their help. However, I do have a big problem when they don't communicate with their customer about what is going on with their job. Very disappointing. I wish you the best Andres.

It was great. He was very communicative about what work was going to be done and he even did some things extra that weren't discussed but necessary. I would highly recommend using Andres and his team.

Wonderful experience! Andres was one of the most professional individuals that I have ever worked with on home improvement projects. Very responsive and answered every phone call. Work was done so quickly, there was little to no inconvenience to our neighbors or to us. Final product looks fantastic, and workers went above and beyond to make everything look great. The job was nothing short of excellent. The crews were well orchestrated; everyone knew exactly that they needed to do at each point along the removal and rebuild process. The crew was well equipped with durable and dependable top line tools, an outstanding work ethic and clear professionalism in their attention to detail. Their habits, construction techniques, attention to detail and focus on providing a high-quality product combined to make the end product meet my every expectation. Even the screw-type nails used throughout the framework and cedar plank installation went well beyond other contractors in terms of strength and long-term durability. The design, board-by-board fit and finish of the posts, frame, cedar pickets, gate construction and fit combined to make a much more attractive and substantially stronger fence. During construction I noticed the crews sorted out blemished or unacceptable boards, set them aside and returned them to the lumber yard. They were never used. Highly recommended!! Several neighbors have contacted Champion Home Services Group for quotes, having seen their product and performance. We are very pleased with their professionalism, quality and performance!!!

Outstanding. The company is very professional and easy to work with. The workers checked with us numerous times during the job to make sure that we were happy with the work being done. The fence materials were high quality and the constructed fence looks great. They kept the work area tidy and we were very pleased with all interactions with the company. You recently replaced the fence at XXXX Yale St. I am the neighbor at xxxx Yale St and a section of the fence you replaced is shared by both of us. I am disappointed in the quality of work you have done on the fence and gate between Mr Rao's house and mine. I am financially responsible for half of this shared area. So that makes me your customer too. You seem to have done a good job on his portion, but when it came to putting my gate and mosquito misting system back, you did a very haphazard and messy job. I believe the sign of good work is when the job is completed and cleaned up, I couldn't tell you had been there except for the new wood. However, my gate hinge was installed improperly so my gate only opened halfway. My misting system was half hanging off the replacement fence. And when I turned it on, it leaked and no longer worked. Also, my corner sprinkler head was damaged and improperly aligned to where it sprayed up into the air instead of out across the yard line it did previous to your work being done. I can't believe that you would have put the hinges back on my gate and not tested it. That seems like such amateur work for a professional gate/fence company. That would have been a simple fix if you had tested it. It took me all of 5 minutes to fix that. However, the misting system repair took me over an hour to fix. You broke the line in several places and replaced the broken lines with little tubing connectors that aren't appropriate for a high pressure misting system. I replaced one complete line and then found another that burst apart as I was testing it the system. So had to replace nearly 20 feet of line to correctly repair the system. Also, that part of my yard is all torn up with bits of hosing and screws laying around and only half of the brackets for the misting line reattached. (That seemed to be all the screws lying on the ground). As I said, I am financially responsible for half of that section and am very disappointed at how this has been handled. I was tired of waiting for you to come fix it and didn't think it would be done properly anyway from what I had seen, so I did it myself so I wouldn't have to worry about the integrity of the repair. Speaking of integrity... The integrity of your company and service HAS been proven to me however. And when I replace my back fence, I will NOT be using your services or referring you to anybody. When they asked who I used.

This crew knows what they're doing. They did a very professional job at a competitive price. I would absolutely hire them again for a job related to fencing or gates.
